Audrey shook her head and pushed the box into the house.

A few seconds later, she took out the two invitations and handed one to Alistair.

"Tomorrow is the Brightview Group's anniversary. Can I have the honor of asking you to be my male companion, Mr. Hayes?" Audrey asked.

Her eyes were smiling, and her soft voice carried a hint of playfulness, making it difficult for Alistair to refuse.

Alistair's heart skipped a beat, but he could only say helplessly, "My company has an important signing ceremony tomorrow morning. I need to preside over it. I might not be able to accompany you."

"So, you don't have time for an entire day?" Audrey sounded a little regretful.

The anniversary would last all day and she wanted to introduce Alistair to her friends.

Alistair thought about it and said, "I can rush over after 10:30."

Audrey expressed she did not mind and said, "That's alright. It's good that you can go. I'll leave this invitation letter for you."

Alistair accepted the invitation and said, "I made an appointment with stylists. They will come to our house tomorrow to do your styling."

He didn't make it in time to give her the gown. He knew she would need the stylist.

"Okay." As expected, Audrey did not refuse.

She returned to her room, took the gown out of the box, and hung it up. Then she looked at the time on the wall.

It was 9:28 P.M.

It was almost time for her beauty sleep.

Audrey turned around and glanced at the large bed behind her.

Last night, she and Alistair almost had an "accident" in this bed, and then he slept there.

Those passionate images appeared in her mind. Audrey's entire body heated up, and even her earlobes turned red.

However, she gradually accepted that she was married and quickly calmed down. After leaving the room, she even took the initiative to ask Alistair. "Do you want to take a shower first?"
