Never Tired of Mr. Leon's Love novel Chapter 588

The veins on Matthew’s forehead throbbed as he watched Linus walk away. He clenched his fists.

Lucy got angry at the thought of what Mathew did, but she found it comical to see him being so jealous.

“Hey! What’s wrong with you?” Lucy turned away to look at the scenery in a huff while asking him.

Matthew turned only to see her back when he heard her voice.

She was wearing a floral dress today and had her hair tied in pigtails. Her dress billowed in the wind. She made a picture-perfect sight.

Matthew went up to her and hugged her. He leaned in close and mumbled, “I’m sorry. That was rash of me… But… you were just too close to him…”

“That wasn’t close. He was helping me take a look at my painting.”

Matthew took out his phone to show her the photo.

Lucy looked at it. That was her and Linus in the photo! She turned and pushed Matthew away. She yelled at him, “Matthew Leon! Did you get someone to spy on me?”

“No… No, I didn’t… I was just worried for your safety!” Matthew had no idea how to explain this misunderstanding.

“I’m sorry. I was just afraid of losing you after everything that has happened to you…”

Lucy felt slightly better when she heard this explanation. She felt sad about it and went up to Matthew to hug him.

“I promise I’ll always be by your side!”

Linus saw all of this as he stood in a hidden corner. He suddenly felt jealous.

He had no idea what was going on with himself every time he saw Lucy. It felt terrible every time he saw Lucy with Matthew. After Lucy and Matthew made up, they headed toward the car, but it was gone…

“Where’s my car?” Matthew remembered that he had parked here, but his car had disappeared.

Lucy noticed a no parking sign at the side and shook her head speechlessly at Matthew.

“Stop looking. It got towed. You’re not allowed to park here.”
