Never Tired of Mr. Leon's Love novel Chapter 595

"Luna! Are you done causing a scene?"

Luna shot Timothy a fierce look and then burst into fake tears.

"Timothy, how could you be so mean to me?!"

Timothy just stood there, not saying a word. His expression was as frigid as ice.

When Timothy ignored her, Luna spun around to face Lucy, her expression turning nasty.

"Lucy, I heard that Matthew leaves you all alone at home a lot since you guys got married. How can you even eat here with a straight face? That's so embarrassing!"

Timothy, hearing Luna's harsh words, quickly pulled her aside and told her to stop.

By then, a crowd had started to gather. They were watching the drama unfold.

Lucy let out a chilling laugh. "Like mother, like daughter, Luna. You're just like her."

Luna was about to lash out when a voice came from behind.

"Try laying a finger on her, I dare you."

Matthew strode in from the entrance, having heard all of Luna's cruel words. Anger flared up inside him as he moved to stand by Lucy, glaring at Luna.

Seeing Matthew, Luna quickly switched to a look of sorrow and stood next to him.

"Matthew... it was my sister who started it!"

The crowd around them groaned in disgust at her words.

Timothy's face turned red with embarrassment.

Matthew gave Luna a scornful look and said, "If you're so keen on throwing yourself at people, maybe you should go ahead and be a bar girl for real?"

Luna's face flushed with anger. She turned to Timothy, but he just stood there, which made her even more furious.

"Hey, when did you buy this place?"

Matthew finally released her and explained with a smile, "I wanted to surprise you. The restaurant's in your name."

Chelsea was stunned as she whispered to herself, "Do people really give away fancy restaurants like this as presents now?"

Matthew looked down, a bit embarrassed. He admitted, "I wanted to give you something even more special, but there was a mix-up. Sorry about that, Lucy."

Chelsea was totally confused by what just happened. Lucy, seeing Matthew's expression, tiptoed and gently patted his head. "I'm not mad, you know."

Matthew caught Lucy's eye and gave her a warm smile.

Chelsea watched them being all lovey-dovey and rolled her eyes. She wondered if that was the new way of giving gifts.

Standing to the side, Chelsea felt a wave of goosebumps.
