“No need. You can return to your room!” Ezekiel said coldly. Yunna maintained a charming smile and replied, “Alright, boss. Now that you’re back safely, I can rest assured and go to bed.” She smiled charmingly and turned to leave.
Harmony could tell that Ezekiel had no interest in Yunna whatsoever. It was Yunna who was trying to catch his attention, going beyond her duties as an assistant. Her behavior that night, for instance, was not appropriate for an assistant at all.
If Harmony wasn’t present, would Yunna have followed Ezekiel into his room and prepared his bath?
That night, probably due to what Harmony had said earlier in the day, Ezekiel seemed even more passionate. It was too much for Harmony. I swear this man is punishing me!
She wished he could change his approach, for this method was truly draining her.
“Well? Are you pleased?” he asked, holding Harmony, who was drenched in sweat, in his arms. It seemed that if she expressed dissatisfaction, he would do it all over again.
“No, no, I’m very pleased. Let’s rest! Don’t overexert yourself,” Harmony mustered up the energy to respond.
“I see you’re still full of energy. You must be unable to sleep. How about we do it again?” Ezekiel chuckled softly, leaning against her forehead, his eyes clearly still unsatisfied.
Harmony quickly pushed him away. “Are you trying to kill me?!”
Ezekiel burst into laughter, and he leaned down to kiss her cheek. “Alright, let’s sleep!”
Harmony got up bright and early the next morning. Though she wasn’t a workaholic, she was very punctual when it came to filming. If she was late, many extras and other actors would have to wait for her. Since she entered this industry, she had never made anyone wait for her to shoot. This was her professionalism.
