Chapter 1312 We'll Show Mercy to Our Little Sister
There weren't many people in the middle section. One table had the capacity to hold ten people, but only three sat there.
It was a rectangular table, and the man at the center seat had a cigar in his mouth and five cards in his hands. He also had one leg on the stool, looking exceptionally arrogant.
Gareth walked over and asked calmly, "Can we join in?"
They were looking attentively at their cards.
As soon as they heard Gareth's voice, they immediately lifted their heads to look at him.
The man wore a suit with leather shoes. His expensive taste and sharp facial features gave others the impression that he was someone worthy of respect. When they saw the gorgeous lady behind him, everyone there was captivated. Two of them even exchanged glances. Their leader immediately replied, "Sure, there are only three of us here. Are all three of you joining?"
Gareth didn't respond. He sat down two seats away from the man on the longer end of the table.
Elisa chose the seat opposite Gareth.
Thomas didn't take a seat. Instead, he decided to go elsewhere, as if to witness the frenzy in the casino.
Elisa was the only lady at the table, and an exceptionally gorgeous one at that. Hence, the men would occasionally stare at her.
The man at the center seat smiled at Elisa, saying, "We'll give you a special advantage as you're the only lady at this table. We can start distributing the cards from your end."
Gareth's expression turned solemn.
Elisa smirked. "If you'll let me have the cards first, why not let me win every time? I would gladly accept your offer."
The dealer had already started distributing the cards, starting with Elisa.
"We'll show mercy to our little sister." The man finished smoking his cigar and held onto his cards.
It was a game that depended on one's strategic thinking. Everyone would get five cards each and had to reveal their cards one by one. Whoever held the card with the larger amount would win. There were only one to two winners in each round. Bets are placed before showing each card.
