Gareth muttered, "How would that not be real?"
Elisa has always been direct, so there can only be two possibilities. She either accepted Will or rejected him.
Judging from how naturally they behaved while together, how could it be fake?
Furthermore, Will always remains by her side. He confessed his feelings a few times, but she refused to believe him and thought him annoying.
Since she accepted Will, it meant his sincerity touched her, or perhaps she accepted him to break free of me completely.
"You! Why do you always make me angry? I'll have you know that I only accept Liz as my granddaughter-in-law. I don't care what you do as long as you win her back. I don't care even if you have to do something humiliating. Do you understand?"
Julia saw Gareth's reaction and scolded him furiously.
Once she was done scolding him, she pushed him out of the living room and slammed the door shut.
Gareth stood still and watched the closed door silently for some time.
Meanwhile, Elisa and Will walked out and behaved like a loving couple. However, Elisa's expression immediately turned stern once they entered the car.
Will knew she was repulsed by his gestures and apologized to her. "Liz, I shouldn't have done that without asking for your permission. I'm sorry."
He did not instruct the driver to start the car but sought Elisa's forgiveness.
Although Elisa was against what he did just now, she understood why he did it.
Even though he did her a favor, she could not be happy.
"I know you wanted to help me, but Will, I hope you don't mix your feelings into this," Elisa said coldly.
Will's gesture from just now was affectionate. Moreover, she could see the tenderness in his gaze. Elisa was not a kid. She quickly saw through his ruse.
Moreover, she was astute.
