No Chance of Remarriage Get Lost (Elisa) novel Chapter 2104

Elisa didn't want to waste time arguing with Gareth. "Gareth, there's no point in us fussing over this. I have things to do tomorrow. If you're afraid of seeing Linda, you don't have to go. After all, Linda doesn't even know you're supposed to be there."

"I didn't say I wouldn't go. I'll take you home," Gareth replied, standing in front of Elisa without moving.

Seeing his determination, Elisa got in the car as well.

Arguing further would only waste more time.

As Gareth drove into the underground parking lot, Elisa understood his intentions. He wanted to be with her.

Before she could say anything, Gareth preempted her. "I've been feeling a bit under the weather lately. Could you check me out? Also, my stomach's been upset after having Italian food."

Gareth furrowed his brows, his expression serious.

Elisa remained silent but reached out to touch his pulse. His condition had improved significantly compared to before, but his constitution was still somewhat lacking compared to a normal person.

"Take care to rest more, avoid smoking and drinking, and don't stay up late. You can slowly return to a normal life just like anyone else. As for the toxins in your body... most have already been removed," Elisa instructed.

However, Gareth decided to get out of the car as well.

"I've said all that needs to be said. I'd like to be alone now. You can go about your business," Elisa said coldly, creating a clear distance between her and Gareth.

Gareth frowned. "I've had Thomas buy the house next door. If you want to be alone, I can avoid disturbing you." Gareth quickly added in a soft, hoarse voice, "But the medicinal bath you prescribed last time was really soothing. Could you prescribe a few more?"

Elisa pursed her lips, somewhat speechless. "With your current condition, you don't need a medicinal bath. Besides, I'm the only one here with you. If you want a medicinal bath, I'd have to attend to you, and I'm not in the mood right now."
