Elisa stepped out. She had bed hair after her sleep and was dressed in a light yellow t-shirt.
Carle’s gaze was transfixed on the woman.
“What.”
Rachel: … That girl needs to brush her teeth.
Sheena: … Sleeping on the coach was rough.
Elisa nodded, “Well since you’re here, come and sit.”
The lady went ahead towards the sofa.
Sheena got up and Elisa sat beside her. There was no room for Carle.
Carle didn’t mind and sat on the parallel sofa.
“How are you feeling now?”
Why does he keep repeating this?…
It has become Carle’s catchphrase at this point.
Elisa nodded, “Manageable.”
He mirrored her and nodded. His dark brown eyes reflected a tender look on Elisa.
Sheena was torn. She envied her best friend, yet felt pity for Carle. Everyone in the house was aware of the situation, except for Carle.
He must be kept in the dark about this. For his sake, I can’t let him know…
Emotions are high. Sheena’s feelings for Carle was getting complicated.
Sheena kept all this at heart.
