No Chance of Remarriage Get Lost (Elisa) novel Chapter 637

Elisa pursed her lips and didn’t say anything.

Rachel shook her head again. “There’s a different meaning. We’re all childhood friends and longtime friends of their family. No one wants such a situation to happen. Mrs. Semoa won’t be unreasonable.”

Sheena sighed. “I was a little worried. Logically speaking, Mrs. Semoa shouldn’t act that way.”

Shenna hung her head. She was feeling guilty. She shouldn’t have criticized Liz that day, but… Mrs. Semoa was more concerned about Carle than she was. He was her son, after all.

Sheena grew increasingly worried.

On the other hand, Elisa was calm. “What happened that day was indeed my fault. I think it’s understandable even if Mrs. Semoa blames me and reproaches me. Don’t overthink it, Sheen. I must be responsible for what I did.”

Rachel wrinkled her brows tightly. “We’re all friends. You’re guilty because you treat Carle as a friend. But in such situations, dating is between two people. He pursued you relentlessly, Liz, and you didn’t want to accept him. You could only turn him down. I can only say that everything is a coincidence.”

Sheena sighed as though she wished that it could be acknowledged. She nodded. “Mm. That’s right!”

While they were waiting, a middle-aged woman in shades walked in slowly. Her good and beautiful figure was in a blue and white tracksuit, and her curly hair rested on her shoulders.

Her hair was parted in the middle, and it exposed her full and smooth forehead.

From her appearance, no one could tell that she was a woman in her forties.

The rest of them got up at once and greeted her respectfully. “Mrs. Semoa.”

Holly nodded and walked to Rachel’s side. She sat down, and her voice was gentle. “Sit. You don’t have to be so uncomfortable.”

The three of them nodded obediently and sat down.

Holly wasn’t in a rush to speak as the four of them sat in the private room.

There was a strong air around her.
