No longer a pushover (Noelle and Cedric) novel Chapter 184

"It's good that they can look out for each other. In the future, it would be even better if they could marry into a local prestigious family," Donovan said.

He felt that girls didn't need such big career ambitions. Getting married earlier was better.

Noelle returned to the apartment, feeling uneasy. "I think I should find a new place to stay."

"Are you worried that your brother will come looking for trouble?" Cedric asked.

He now understood why she had suggested moving out earlier. It was because of this.

Noelle nodded. "Yes. My brother is very stubborn. He never listens to anyone."

At that moment, Alfred walked over. "Nelly, why don't you just go to Yasnia? Your grades are good enough to get into Yole University. It might be better for you to settle in and get used to life there early."

In Yasnia, Donovan didn't matter at all.

Noelle thought the suggestion was good. She instinctively looked at Cedric, waiting for his advice.

Cedric's expression remained calm. "It's indeed a good idea."

Once she went to Yasnia, she would be free from the control of the Liddell family.

Noelle smiled faintly. "Then it's decided. I'll move to Yasnia!"

She suddenly thought of something and glanced at Cedric. "If I do that, I don't know when we'll see each other again."

Cedric avoided her gaze. "You should be focusing on your studies."

Noelle lowered her gaze, feeling a little disappointed.

Alfred chimed in to lighten the mood. "All things must come to an end. Nelly, I hope you live a wonderful life in Yasnia, free from the shadow of the Liddell family."

Noelle forced a smile. "You're right."
