Xenia decided to take a gamble. After all, things couldn't get much worse than they already were. She bet that Noelle wouldn't be able to produce the surveillance footage.

Donovan scoffed. "Noelle, you're planning to show the bar's surveillance footage, right? Well, I don't care to see it!"

"I want to see it," Lucas interjected, turning to Noelle.

He was curious about the footage Frank had mentioned. Was it true that Xenia had sprayed something on Noelle at the bar?

Even without the footage, Lucas had already made up his mind after seeing Xenia lie earlier. He should have trusted Frank from the start.

Donovan shot Lucas a glare. "You're not allowed to see it. What's there to see?"

Seeing Donovan defending her, Xenia secretly smiled. She had won her bet. Even if Noelle really had a backup of the footage, Donovan wouldn't side with her.

Xenia weakly spoke up, "Donovan, everything I did that night at the bar was because Samantha forced me to do so. I didn't mean to do it."

Donovan gently replied, "I believe you."

He then turned to Noelle with a cold smirk. "Now that you've got no leverage, I'd like to see what you'll do next."

Xenia felt a small thrill. Noelle wouldn't be able to do anything to her now.

"Who says I don't?" Noelle said. She took out her phone and played a video.

The footage showed Xenia sitting at a computer, using her phone to take photos of confidential documents. It even captured Lucas discovering Xenia and their subsequent conversation.

When Noelle heard Lucas urging Xenia to apologize, she hesitated for a moment. Yet, in the end, Lucas was still swayed by Xenia.

It was only then that she understood that they wanted her to fail so she would be forced to return to the Liddell family, where they could continue to exploit her. Once the video finished, the room fell silent.
