No More Waiting, She Chooses Love novel Chapter 800

A few people glanced over, their expressions uncertain as they tried to make sense of the situation. They just stood there, hesitant to intervene.

Despite this, Allen was in no mood to be questioned. He shouted at those who were watching, "I dare anyone to try and save you, you bunch of cowards!"

He was truly pushing the limits of arrogance.

"Big brother!" A bright, clear voice cut through the tension, causing everyone to pause.

Allen stopped, and from my upside-down perspective, I saw a little girl with two cute pigtails.

It was Nancy.

Before I could even open my mouth to plead for help from this little girl, Allen scoffed, "Wherever you came from, go back there."

That harsh tone would surely make any child cry.

But perhaps because Nancy was his blood or because she was used to his bluster, she wasn't scared at all. In fact, she boldly questioned him, "Why are you carrying someone like that? Looks like you're kidnapping her!"

Wow, she really had guts.

"Scram~" Allen drawled, "Don't you understand English, or did your mom forget to teach you?"

Nancy just rolled her eyes at him, "You're always so grumpy. Did you eat a bomb for breakfast?"

Allen was about to snap at her again when Nancy quickly cut him off, "Big brother, I need to talk to you."

Nancy was so adorable that if I weren't being carried like this, I'd scoop her up and give her a kiss.

But Allen wasn't having any of it, "I told you to beat it. If you don't listen, I'll kick you."

What kind of brother says that? I was ready to knock his block off.

Nancy wasn't scared in the least. She grabbed onto his pants and looked up at me.
