Joseph echoed Mavis’ words, stunned. “The mythical-tier Zahn family?”

If Cora’s lover came from the Zahn family, then their help was limited to a fraction of the Zahn family’s resources. There was no way the Lowells could rise to the level of a mythical-tier family. After all, a fraction could never surpass the whole.

Mavis had also explained that Jenton publicly recognized only three elite families, which were the Lowells, the Howes, and the Thorpes. Below them were the Yorks, the Huffs, and so on.

The Huffs remained a neutral party. While the main family in Croma ranked among the nation’s elites, it still fell short of joining the ranks of the mythical families.
