Alexander’s jaw tightened.

Cole caught it automatically.

“Alpha…” Cole began.

But Alexander was already shifting.

The transformation ripped through him violently and fast.

Bones cracked sharply beneath skin.

Gold eyes glowed brighter in the darkness.

And within seconds, the massive black wolf landed heavily against the ground before immediately launching forward.

Aiden tore through the territory at full speed.

The forest blurred around him as he pushed deeper into the woods, moving with frightening precision between the trees.

The scent hit him before anything else did.
