Abandoned by All I Took It All Back novel Chapter 169

Everyone could hear the sarcasm in Abigail's words.

West cut her off, turning to Grace and pointing toward the main gate. "Mom, the south gate is closer."

Grace nodded. "Alright. Ethan, Nina, let's take the south gate. We can get some sun and shake off this bad luck."

After pushing the wheelchair a few steps, Grace seemed to remember Abigail and turned to wave at her. "We're going shopping. Goodbye."

Abigail could only force a smile and wave back. "Okay, you all have fun. Goodbye."

As the Holts moved away, Abigail's smile vanished, replaced by a look of disdain. She pursed her lips and spat softly in their direction. "A blind man and a cripple. What's there to be so proud of? So what if they have a bunch of sons? None of them can even find a wife. They're all destined to be bachelors."

Abigail muttered to herself as she walked away. "So poor and still popping out so many kids. Even a sow can't pop them out like you. Now you're getting what you deserve, a blind man and a cripple—a perfect match. Thank goodness my Marjorie broke up with West in time. A chef has no future, destined to cook for others his whole life."

At this thought, Abigail couldn't help but cover her mouth to stifle a giggle.

Finally, she had Grace beneath her. The feeling was incredibly satisfying.

Suddenly, she remembered the woman standing next to West and wondered, "Hmm, that must be the daughter they got back in the swap. Hah, she has the same seductive look as Grace…"

It was no secret in the village that Janina and Brooke Gable had been switched at birth. The village was small, but gossip traveled fast. Everyone knew about the day the Gable family came to the Holt's to swap the children, so Abigail was well aware of the situation.
