Susan let out a sigh. She knew all of this was because Isabella was set on the divorce. Isabella really meant it this time. Ethan was ready to spend his whole life with her, to actually be a real husband, but Isabella wouldn’t give him even one more chance.
“Susan, once I head out, I want you and the others to start packing up. Just the things you use every day. Leave everything else. We’re moving,” Ethan said out of nowhere.
Susan blinked at him. “Ethan, where are we going? All your places are already set up. We don’t need to bring anything from here.”
Ethan’s properties were all move-in ready, fully furnished and always kept spotless by staff. He could go anywhere, anytime.
He said, “I’m leaving this villa for Isabella. We’ll handle the paperwork for the transfer later today. Once we’re divorced, she’s not going to let us stay here.”
“Are we moving to… Wait, is the house next door even for sale?” Susan asked, still a little confused.
Their neighbor was a big shot too, with plenty of houses. He barely ever stayed at this one. Some years Ethan only bumped into him once or twice.
Ethan was thinking about buying that huge villa next door and moving in. That way, he and Isabella would still be neighbors. The houses here were far apart, but it was still closer than Harold’s place.
Honestly, what worried Ethan the most was that once he and Isabella split, Harold would stop pretending and start chasing her openly. He was sure Harold was using Barbara to get close to Isabella. Barbara was only so nice to Isabella because of Harold. The two of them wanted to take Isabella away from him.
“You mean Edward’s place? I have his manager’s contact on social media. Want me to reach out?” Susan offered.
Edward didn’t mind letting go of the villa. He had more than enough houses and hardly ever stayed there. Still, he wanted to talk to his wife first. If she agreed, he’d let Ethan have it.
After the call, Susan looked at Ethan. “So… should we start packing?”
“Not yet. There’s a thirty-day cooling-off period for the divorce. I’ll still be living here until then. Isabella won’t kick me out.”
Edward said he’d give them an answer in two days. Once Ethan bought the house, he’d move out. But even then, Isabella would still be close by. He’d still be able to keep an eye on her.

The readers' comments on the novel: After I Stopped Loving Him (Isabella and Ethan)
Author, please get your characters names right. You always messing them up!...
I wish Harold will win Isabella's heart. I was so sad when Isabela was taken for granted coldly and cruelly by her supposed to be husband, and trapped, mocked and humiliated non stop by Natalie. This was so cruel, both don't deserve Isabela' forgiveness I wish for a happy ending between Isabela and Harold, he has the right to be happy after the long wait....
Frankly, the story initially was going quite good and the pacing was just right. unfortunately after Ethan got the dream of his past life, the story has been going in circles. Ethan's spouting the same nonsense every time he sees Isabella, they both have same conversations over and over. The authors monologue too has been the same for almost 400 chapters. Irrespective of which character the writing the just a repetition of what someone had gone through in the past and what made a certain character feel the emotions. York got introduced in 800 chapters yet nothing significant happened till date. Isabella is soft with Harold and kind of disgusted with Ethan, yet it is not entirely clear with whom she might end up. If she stays single i am fine with it but the story is clearly about Isabella and Ethan so almost 1000 chapters without seeing any progress in their relationship is frustrating. Except for being blindly in love and few aggressive instances with Isabella, Ethan actually isnt a bad person so i am fine if he can win her back. Even though Harold is coming off as a good second lead, i am somehow unable to warm upto him. Even the bad people in the story are not really facing any real consequences. I hate Jackson for his hypocrisy. I hate Jordan and Natalie for their self-righteouness and selfishness. I also hate Deborah, except when she is handing it out to Natalie. I am almost on the verge of dropping this story....
Why are they acting like kids 🤣😭...
Ethan is actually not that bad if we take out his blind love for Natalie...
