Isabella hadn’t expected this. She took the scripts from Harold and grinned. “Harold, you’re really jumping into TV production now? Should I write you into the show? Or do you want to play the male lead yourself?”
Harold laughed. “If there’s money to be made, everyone wants a taste. I’m just following where the wind’s blowing. But if I play the male lead, you have to be the female lead. Deal? If you’re in, I’m in.”
Isabella shook her head, still smiling. “No way. I’m not cut out for acting. I’d ruin the show.”
Harold chuckled. “Then I’m out too. Just look over the scripts. If you think we can work together, let’s do these two series. We’ll split the profits seventy-thirty, you take seventy. I’m just bringing the scripts, while you’re funding and running the production. You’re doing way more, so you should get the bigger share. If that still feels unfair to you, I can go down to twenty-eighty. You get eighty.”
Isabella jumped in quickly. “Harold, I can’t take advantage of you like that. Let’s just do sixty-forty.”
“No way. Seventy-thirty, or even eighty-twenty, but that’s as far as I’ll go,” Harold insisted.
Isabella laughed. “Alright, seventy-thirty it is. I’ll need a little time to read through these scripts. Why don’t you head back? I’ll call you once I’ve finished.”
“No rush. I can wait here while you read.”
“What about your office? Don’t you have work to do?”
“Nothing urgent today. I’m free,” Harold replied, even though he’d actually left a pile of work behind just to come talk to her. He figured he could catch up later, even if it meant working late. Chasing after someone you care about is supposed to be a little tough. If he didn’t put in the effort and Ethan won Isabella back, he’d regret it forever. But if he tried his best and still lost to Ethan, at least he could accept it.
“Go ahead and read, Isabella. I’ll wait. Do you want some tea? I can make a pot.”

The readers' comments on the novel: After I Stopped Loving Him (Isabella and Ethan)
Frankly, the story initially was going quite good and the pacing was just right. unfortunately after Ethan got the dream of his past life, the story has been going in circles. Ethan's spouting the same nonsense every time he sees Isabella, they both have same conversations over and over. The authors monologue too has been the same for almost 400 chapters. Irrespective of which character the writing the just a repetition of what someone had gone through in the past and what made a certain character feel the emotions. York got introduced in 800 chapters yet nothing significant happened till date. Isabella is soft with Harold and kind of disgusted with Ethan, yet it is not entirely clear with whom she might end up. If she stays single i am fine with it but the story is clearly about Isabella and Ethan so almost 1000 chapters without seeing any progress in their relationship is frustrating. Except for being blindly in love and few aggressive instances with Isabella, Ethan actually isnt a bad person so i am fine if he can win her back. Even though Harold is coming off as a good second lead, i am somehow unable to warm upto him. Even the bad people in the story are not really facing any real consequences. I hate Jackson for his hypocrisy. I hate Jordan and Natalie for their self-righteouness and selfishness. I also hate Deborah, except when she is handing it out to Natalie. I am almost on the verge of dropping this story....
Why are they acting like kids 🤣😭...
Ethan is actually not that bad if we take out his blind love for Natalie...
