Natalie’s anger finally started to cool after she’d thrown half her room into chaos. But as she looked around at the mess she’d made, her irritation just flared up all over again. Without a moment’s hesitation, she grabbed her phone and called the housekeeper, telling her to come upstairs and clean up.
The housekeeper hurried up as soon as she got the call. Natalie swung open the door and stepped aside, letting her in to start tidying.
“What happened, Natalie?” The housekeeper’s voice was gentle, full of concern.
Just that morning, Natalie had smiled as she walked Jordan out the door for work. Everything had seemed normal. Now, barely a couple of hours later, the room looked like a tornado had hit.
Natalie rolled her eyes and snapped, “I told you to clean. Just do it, okay? Why do you have to ask so many questions? If I feel like smashing things, I will. I can afford to. I’ll buy new stuff if I want.”
The housekeeper just nodded and got to work, not daring to say another word. She remembered when Natalie used to trust her the most, always willing to talk or explain things. Lately though, it was like Natalie had turned into someone else entirely. Especially these past few days, she was so short-tempered, always lashing out at the staff. Everyone felt like they were walking on eggshells around her.
While the housekeeper cleaned, Natalie suddenly had an idea. She picked up her phone, took a photo of the wreckage on the floor, and sent it to Jordan along with a voice message.
“Jordan, I’m in a terrible mood. I broke some stuff. Transfer me some money, okay? I’ll go shopping after breakfast and get new things.”
Jordan saw the message just as he arrived at the office. The memory of that day, when Natalie’s dad had caught him with Malvina, still made him tense up. Sure, Natalie had secretly gone to meet Ethan behind his back, but nothing happened between them. If they were keeping score, Jordan’s mistake was the bigger one.
Neither of them wanted a divorce. After Natalie’s dad gave him a serious warning, everyone agreed to let it go, but only on the condition that Jordan fired Malvina.

The readers' comments on the novel: After I Stopped Loving Him (Isabella and Ethan)
Author, please get your characters names right. You always messing them up!...
I wish Harold will win Isabella's heart. I was so sad when Isabela was taken for granted coldly and cruelly by her supposed to be husband, and trapped, mocked and humiliated non stop by Natalie. This was so cruel, both don't deserve Isabela' forgiveness I wish for a happy ending between Isabela and Harold, he has the right to be happy after the long wait....
Frankly, the story initially was going quite good and the pacing was just right. unfortunately after Ethan got the dream of his past life, the story has been going in circles. Ethan's spouting the same nonsense every time he sees Isabella, they both have same conversations over and over. The authors monologue too has been the same for almost 400 chapters. Irrespective of which character the writing the just a repetition of what someone had gone through in the past and what made a certain character feel the emotions. York got introduced in 800 chapters yet nothing significant happened till date. Isabella is soft with Harold and kind of disgusted with Ethan, yet it is not entirely clear with whom she might end up. If she stays single i am fine with it but the story is clearly about Isabella and Ethan so almost 1000 chapters without seeing any progress in their relationship is frustrating. Except for being blindly in love and few aggressive instances with Isabella, Ethan actually isnt a bad person so i am fine if he can win her back. Even though Harold is coming off as a good second lead, i am somehow unable to warm upto him. Even the bad people in the story are not really facing any real consequences. I hate Jackson for his hypocrisy. I hate Jordan and Natalie for their self-righteouness and selfishness. I also hate Deborah, except when she is handing it out to Natalie. I am almost on the verge of dropping this story....
Why are they acting like kids 🤣😭...
Ethan is actually not that bad if we take out his blind love for Natalie...
