Tongtong pushed the car door open in confusion, swinging her legs out of the door.
The party dress and high heels she wore were originally intended for a banquet, completely unsuitable for such a situation. The slender high heels almost caused her to twist her ankle when they hit the stones on the ground.
A beam of light suddenly shone on her face, and she instinctively raised her hand to shield it.
The roar of an engine sounded, and a red Harley motorcycle thundered towards her, skidding to a stop less than a meter away and sending pebbles flying around, peppering her body and face. The exposed calves beneath her dress were in pain from the impact.
Tongtong looked at the motorcyclist in confusion as Sasha’s off-road vehicle quickly reversed.
All around, countless bright lights lit up, and then one motorcycle after another rushed towards her manically.
"Ah!"
Seeing the vehicles seemingly about to crash into her, Tongtong screamed in fright, hurriedly retreating, only for another vehicle to approach from behind. In her panic, she stumbled, her high heels turning, and fell to the ground.
Yet the motorcycles didn’t stop, continuing to circle around her, barely grazing past her. The wind lifted her dress in a flurry.
At this moment, the rider on the red motorcycle also jumped off, removed his helmet, and whistled loudly.
The motorcyclists quickly stopped their bikes, forming a circle around Tongtong.
In the distance, a searchlight illuminated the open space in white light.
Tongtong looked up to see a figure walking towards her, silhouetted against the light.
With long hair glowing like a halo in the light, the person’s face was obscured in shadow, but their slender and tall form was visible.
"Miss Tong, welcome!"
