After the Affair Falling into a Billionaire's Arms novel Chapter 195

For a moment, the world stood still.

Louisa felt something hot and hard pressing against her entrance. Her entire body tingled with electricity as their eyes locked across the

small space between them.

Her cheeks burned crimson, her long eyelashes fluttering uncontrollably.

The hardness beneath her grew more insistent, seeming to expand, radiating heat that scorched through her body.

Julian’s gaze transformed before her eyes. Those deep, fathomless pools grew darker, more mesmerizing, as if possessing a fatal gravitational pull that threatened to drag her into the depths of his soul.

Breathing became increasingly difficult. Her body trembled uncontrollably, her thoughts becoming chaotic as the hardness below grew hotter, poised to thrust into her at any moment

Just then, Julian’s strained voice cut through, Get out!

What?She couldn’t process his words.

GET OUT!This time, his tone was unmistakable.

Louisa scrambled up and out of the bathtub without a second’s hesitation, stumbling as she fled the bathroom.

Behind her, Julian leaned back in the tub, his eyes shut tight.

By the time Louisa returned to her bedroom, she was still gasping for breath. How things had escalated to that point with Julian, she

I couldn’t even remember.

Her silk nightgown clung to her body, sending waves of coolness against her skin while her face still burned hot. She splashed cold water on her face just as her phone rang.

It was Cedric.

She steadied her emotions before answering: Mr. Baldwin.

I have the medication. I’ll be at your villa entrance in five minutes.

Good, I’ll wait downstairs for you.

Chapter 195

There wasn’t time for a shower now. Louisa peeled off her soaking wet nightgown, hastily dried herself off, and changed into fresh clothes

before heading downstairs.

Cedric had just arrived and handed her the medication. She thanked him and took the pills upstairs.

Despite how nervous and frightened she felt after what had just happenedand how awkward facing Julian would surely beshe still needed to deliver the medication. Otherwise, when would the effects wear off?

After hesitating briefly, she took the medicine to his room.

To her surprise, when she tried to open his door, she discovered it was locked from the inside.

What was happening? Shouldn’t she be the one locking her door?

She suddenly felt caught between laughing and crying.

She left the medication outside his door and returned to her room, sending him a message: [Mr. Tudor, I’ve left the medication outside

your door.]

He didn’t respond.

She let it go, returning to her bathroom for a hot shower. When she finally lay in bed, sleep evaded her completely. Julian’s face kept appearing in her mind.

He was someone with a boyfriend.

Regardless of whatever was happening in his relationship, she absolutely refused to interfere with someone else’s love life. From now on, she needed to keep her distance from Julian.

She repeated this mantra until sleep finally claimed her.

When she woke, it was already nine o’clock. The inspection ceremony was scheduled for ten.

She quickly washed up, applied makeup, and changed clothes, instructing Cedric to arrange breakfast. The assistant fulfilled his duties with meticulous attention to detail.

Then, she went to wake Julian. Truthfully, after last night’s incident, she felt awkward and unsure how to face him.

However, when she reached his door, she discovered the medication remained exactly where she’d left itcompletely untouched.

He hadn’t taken the medicine last night? The ice bath didn’t work, and he hadn’t taken the medicationhow had he managed?

The moment her ear touched the door, it suddenly swung open. She lost her balance and stumbled forward, grabbing the doorframe just

in time to stop herself from crashing into him.

Before her stood Julian, fully dressed in an elegant gray suit, once again the dignified, aloof CEO of the Tudor Group.

She smiled awkwardly. Good morning, Mr. Tudor!

Julian’s deep eyes studied her for a moment. Sneaking around so early in the morning? What are you up to?

His tone was so natural and normal, as if nothing had happened the night before. As if the man who’d lost control to his primal instincts

wasn’t him at all.

Louisa was speechless. Now that he was clearheaded, she could barely meet his eyes.

Collecting herself, she quickly said, I came to wake you up. We’re heading back this afternoon, and I need to pack your luggage.

Julian remained silent for a moment. Let’s have breakfast first.

Louisa frowned. Together? How awkward would that be?

Without hesitation, she replied, Please go ahead, Mr. Tudor. I’ll pack the luggage first.

Julian looked at her, raising an eyebrow. You’re the one who wanted to come in. You will regret it.

Regret?

Before Louisa could process his words, he had already headed downstairs. She remained at the doorway as a distinct scent wafted from the

room. That was

She instantly understood. Regretyes, she truly regretted it now. She knew far too much.

Even so, she had no desire to join him for breakfast.

She returned to her room to pack her luggage first, then packed his, and afterward deliberately killed time until nine fifty before finally going downstairs.

Julian sat on the sofa, phone in hand, legs elegantly crossed, the picture of refined composure.

Hearing her descend, he glanced up. Were you renovating up there?,

Louisa remained silent.

Chapter 195

Let’s go have breakfast,he said, standing.

Louisa was stunned. He’d waited over half an hour for her without eating?

She quickly protested, We should skip it. The inspection is in ten minutes

It’s been postponed. His curt words cut her off, decidedly imperious.

Louisa’s lips twitched. What was happening? Why postpone it?

Unable to escape now, she reluctantly followed him to the dining area where breakfast was already prepared.

He sat down in a chair. The morning sunlight streamed through the windows, bathing his cool, reserved figure in golden light.

Her mind involuntarily flashed back to last nighthim in that black bathrobe, radiating desirethen she imagined him alone in the

bathroom afterward

God, this was torture. She closed her eyes briefly.

She truly hadn’t meant to, but as a woman with sexual experience, those images naturally invaded her thoughts. Heaven forgive her.

Julian gave her a knowing look. I told you you’d regret it.

Louisa wondered: How could he remain so calm?

He opened his mouth to speak again. Desperate to change this awkward topic, she quickly sat down at the table. Mr. Tudor, let’s eat.

Julian nodded, gesturing gracefully for her to begin. He picked up his water glass and took an elegant sip.

Just when Louisa thought the matter of last night was finally behind them-

He set down his glass and spoke again, Last night, I kissed you
