Chapter 364
Julian carried Louisa upstairs, grabbing the pharmacy bag along the way.
100%
Afraid of falling, Louisa wrapped her arms around his neck, legs circling his waist
Her face flushed as she nestled against his shoulder, fingers playing with the buttons on his chest, undoing them one by one, lightly biting his collarbone.
In the end, they never made it to the bedroom.
In the hallway, Julian pressed her against the glass wall.
Their fingers interlaced as they kissed with abandon.
Louisa breathed heavily, her hands sliding to his shoulders, pushing off his already unbuttoned shirt.
Then her hands moved to his waist, finding his belt.
But before she could unbuckle it, het stirngth gave out.
Julian’s scorching kisses trailed down from her neck, leaving her weak all over.
Just when Louisa thought he planned to take her right there, he carried her back to the bedroom.
Only then did Louisa realize what he bought at the pharmacy wasn’t medicine it was condoms.
They shed every piece of clothing, their bodies pressed tight together.
The air conditioning kept the room comfortable, but their body temperatures soared.
Julian moved inside her with abandon.
Louisa instinctively moved with him, both reaching the heights of passion together.
The lovemaking seemed endless.
From sunset to neon–lit night to breaking dawn, Louisa lost count of how many times they’d made love.
She’d fallen asleep exhausted in his arms.
In the morning, birdsong woke her.
She opened her eyes groggily to bright sunlight, lush trees, and white clouds drifting lazily across the sky.
It took her a moment to remember they were in Julian’s greenhouse.
Her head rested on halian’s arm, her body nestled in his embrace,
The light summer blanket had slipped down to their waists.

Julian’s husky, seductive voice came from above her.
Louisa met his eyes and pointed outside at the magpies in the trees. They’re watching.”
Julian chuckled low, rolling over to drape the blanket over her, pulling both her and the covers into his arms.
His lips brushed her ear as his deep voice, laced with amusement, poured into it Right. No one gets to peek at my girlfriend. Not even magpies.”
Louisa’s face flushed.
His embrace was warm, his scent intoxicating.
She felt an indescribable sense of security. Waking up in his arms like this- it was such a happy thing.
But Julian wasn’t behaving himself,
His hand slipped under the covers, caressing her bare, tender skin.
Louisa’s body trembled as she said softly: “Don’t start again.”
“Just kisses.”
He murmured in her ear.
Louisa wanted to say – hadn’t he kissed enough last night?
He’d kissed her in bed, then in the bathroom, then back in bed again.
When she tried to sleep, he wanted more kisses.
And kissing had led to frenzied lovemaking.
Still, Louisa didn’t stop him in the end.
He shifted on top of her, one hand caressing her body, the other lifting her chin, Gazing at her delicate face, he kissed her thoroughly, bit by bit.
Louisa gently pushed at him. “I haven’t brushed my teeth yet.”
“I don’t mind.”
He captured her lips, tasting her slowly.
Louisa felt herself melting completely, like she was dissolving into water.
She nearly gave in.
With great effort, she pulled her straying reason back to center and pushed at hi weakly. “No more. We’ll be late for work.”
Julian: Today’s Saturday.”
Louisa met his deep eyes, her heart fluttering. “Saturday… you still have to work,

Chapter 364
Julian fell silent for a moment, gazing at her somewhat resentfully. “Why do I have to work on Saturday? Am I not human? Don’t I need test?
Louisa: “You’re the boss. You call the shots.”
She couldn’t do this again.
Last night had been wild enough..
If they went another round this morning, she feared she wouldn’t be able to get out of bed at all.
Julian sensed her resistance and didn’t dare kiss her anymore, just held her close running his fingers through her hair. “Let’s sleep a bit more. I promise just sleep, nothing else.”
“Then you sleep.”
“Together.”
Louisa stayed silent.
Sleep together? Would actual sleeping even happen?
She was afraid he’d lose control.
She was also afraid she’d lose control.
Julian kept clinging to her.
She said helplessly, “I’m hungry. I want to eat.”
Just then, Julian’s phone rang.
Julian kissed her lips one more time. “Go see what there is to eat. I’ll cook in a bit.
“Okay.”
She agreed.
Julian picked up his phone to answer the call.
Louisa went to the walk–in closet and grabbed one of Julian’s shirts to wear.
Her clothes from last night had all been destroyed by Julian.
After putting on the shirt, she picked up the clothes scattered everywhere from last night and put them in the washing machine, then collected the used condoms from the floor and threw them in the trash.
She did a quick wash–up and headed downstairs, opening the fridge to look for food.
She wasn’t very hopeful after all, this place didn’t look like somewhere Julian came to often.
But to her surprise, the fridge had eggs and milk, and the milk had already been partially drunk.
Louisa checked the date. Fresh.

Did he come here often after all?
That couldn’t be right.
He spent his days at the office, and after work, he went back to the apartment with her. When would he have time to come here?
Could someone else be living here?
Louisa looked at the milk in her hand seven–day shelf life.
Recent dates.
The fridge also held fresh, crisp vegetables and glistening fruit.
And face masks. Skincare products.
Things only women would use…
Louisa closed the fridge door without taking anything out.
She sat in a nearby chair, lost in thought.
She didn’t know how long she sat there before Julian came downstairs.
He’d already washed up, wearing comfortable, well–fitted loungewear, looking refreshed.
‘Nothing to eat in the fridge?”
100%
He asked casually.
Louisa didn’t answer his question, only saying: “I don’t know. I went for a walk in the garden just now. When I came back, I realized I wasn’t that hungry
anymore.”
Julian looked at her wearing his shirt, his expression odd. “You went to the garden dressed like that?”
Louisa: “What’s the problem? There’s no one here anyway.”
