Chapter 518
The scene had gone completely stent.
Louisa spoke up again, “Even if you don’t want to admit it, deep down you know that this land belongs to the Tudor Group. We have all the proper documentation–land certificates, forest rights certificates, everything is legally protected.”
At that moment, Elara handed her several documents, which she displayed to the crowd.
Everyone’s faces turned sour.
Louisa scanned the crowd, her voice steady but powerful, “Just because the company managed the land in the past doesn’t mean it’s free for all. It doesn’t mean you can just use it, farm it, or graze your livestock here. We’re legally protecting and developing this area, and it’s not about making things difficult for you.”
Someone shouted defiantly, “You’re cutting off our livelihood! How are we supposed to live?”
Elara was visibly irritated. Their livelihood wasn’t the company’s responsibility; it wasn’t a valid reason for causing trouble.
Louisa paused for a moment.
She looked at the crowd, calm but firm, “The company’s initial goal when establishing a branch here was to help the community, to improve everyone’s lives. That hasn’t changed. You don’t need to worry about your future; we will help you negotiate fair compensation and provide job opportunities. But if you continue to block the roads, disrupt construction, and occupy company assets, that’s illegal. If it escalates to the authorities, you’ll be the ones who suffer.”
Louisa continued, “I’m stating this clearly: the ecological reserve will be established, and the mountain will be managed. This is non- negotiable. But we can discuss legitimate concerns. If you want to talk, leave a representative. If you want to cause trouble, face the
consequences.”
Her strong words had a noticeable impact.
The crowd began to whisper among themselves, considering their options.
Louisa checked her watch, “I’ll give you three minutes to discuss.”
The villagers didn’t object.
The branch employees who had been waiting to see the drama unfold began to take the situation seriously.
They realized Louisa was here to make real changes.
But the villagers still didn’t trust her.
The leader questioned Louisa, “You talk a good game, but you’re just a director. Can you really make these promises? What if you back out
later? Who do we turn to then?”
Louisa replied, “We can discuss legitimate concerns. Employment and compensation will be formally addressed.”

Chapter 518-
But the villagers hesitated, skeptical.
They had lived in the mountains all their lives and had seet too many empty promises. They didn’t believe an outsider could truly make decisions and keep her word.
Louisa felt a deep sense of frustration. Just as she was about to persuade them further, the sound of engines echoed from the mountain path.
Louisa turned to see three Maybach SUVS approaching.
Everyone followed her gaze.
The cars stopped in front of them.
Eight bodyguards in matching black suits stepped out of the back two vehicles, lining up on either side.
From the front car, Teddy got out from the passenger seat, walked to the rear right door, and opened it. A long leg in a suit and polished shoes stepped out.
Louisa held her breath.
When the man exited the car and their eyes met, Louisa’s heart pounded.
Julian.
He had come.
Julian’s gaze rested on her.
She stood on the three–wheeler, the sharp mountain wind whipping her face and hair. Despite the disarray, she looked resolute and strikingly
beautiful.
Julian felt a sense of relief.
He turned his cold gaze to the branch employees.
They were intimidated, sensing his importance but unaware of his true identity.
Elara recognized Teddy, knowing he was Julian’s special assistant.
So, this man must be Julian.
She quickly approached him respectfully, “Mr. Tudor, hello!”
Julian nodded in acknowledgment, walking towards the villagers.
They didn’t know him, but his presence, expensive cars, attire, and commanding aura left them in awe.
Julian’s icy gaze swept over them, Tm Julian, president of the Tudor Group. I assure you, everything Ms. Forbes said is true. You can trust her.

Do you have any questions?”
The villagers were speechless, overwhelmed by his presence.
Teddy chimed in, “If there are no questions, leave a representative and disperse.”
“Yes!”
Within three minutes, everyone had dispersed.
The construction team proceeded into the mountains.
Branch managers eagerly approached Julian.
“Mr. Tudor, I’m Hugo Graves, the branch manager. Nice to meet you.”
