After the Affarr Falling into a Billionaire’s Arms
Chapter 533
Louisa sank onto the sofa, feeling serly drained.
She’d said she was coming home to clean, but she had no energy for it.
Fortunately, the place wasn’t dirty. Even after two months away, Sadie had stopped by occasionally to water the plants and tidy up a bit.
She just didn’t know how to tell Julian about the baby.
She lowered her head, gently stroking her still–flat belly, her face unconsciously softening with tenderness.
Though she hadn’t been to the hospital yet, she estimated the baby was about a month along.
Once she passed three months, even if she wanted to hide it, her belly wouldn’t let her…
Wait.
The thought startled her. Was she subconsciously planning to keep this baby?
She slapped her cheeks lightly, trying to stay clear–headed.
If she wanted to keep this baby, she had to ensure the Tudor family wouldn’t take it from her.
But that meant she’d have to reach an agreement with Julian ahead of time.
Still… deciding a child’s entire future on her own–when the child grew up, would they resent her for it?
In that moment, Louisa felt like her head was going to explode.
Should she call her friends over to discuss it?
No.
Sadie had grown up in a single–parent household. She already knew what Sadie’s opinion would be.
And Flora? She was Julian’s die–hard fan. She’d definitely tell him.
Better not tell them yet.
After thinking for a while, she realized she was hungry.
She looked around her cold, empty apartment. No warmth, no life.
After being gone so long, even if there was food left, it was probably expired by now.
And given her condition, she couldn’t eat anything unhealthy.
She thought about ordering takeout, but then worried it wouldn’t be clean.

Chapter 533-
The used amicssly through a food delivery app, getting hungrier with every swipe.
Louisa remembered Julian’s earlier invitation to eat at his place.
Bob’s cooking was way better than takeout.
Why had she refused him?
Should she swallow her pride and go over now?
Just then, the doorbell rang.
She’d just gotten back and hadn’t told anyone. Who could it be?
She got up to answer the door.
Standing outside was none other than Julian.
He’d clearly just showered–his hair was still slightly damp. He’d changed into a comfortable white loungewear set.
In his hand was an elegant, oversized paper bag.
Louisa had no idea what he was carrying. “What’s this?”
“Ms. Forbes, your takeout delivery. Julian handed her the bag.
Louisa couldn’t help but laugh.
She took the bag without ceremony. “Thanks.”
Then she turned and headed inside.
Julian followed close behind, his low, magnetic voice drifting into her ear. “Not inviting me to eat with you?”
Louisa paused mid–step and glanced back at him. “You haven’t eaten?”
Julian said, “I wanted to eat with my girlfriend. Not sure if Ms. Forbes will give me that chance.”
Louisa said, “Whether I give you the chance or not, you’ve already come in, haven’t you?”
Did he really give her a choice to refuse?
Julian chuckled softly.
Louisa brought the bag to the dining table.
Julian went to the kitchen and brought back plates, bowls, and utensils.
By the time he returned, Louisa had already opened all the food containers.
Chapter 533 –
Rob made all her favorites–light dishes, yet full of flavor. Just looking at them made her mouth water.
When Julian set down the utensils, she grabbed a fork and sat right down on the carpet, digging in.
Julian sat on the sofa just behind her, watching her eat with relish.
He chuckled. ‘Who was it that said she wasn’t hungry Just now? And that she was coming home to clean?”
He glanced around her apartment. “Doesn’t look like you cleaned anything.”
Louisa caught his teasing tone and smacked his leg in mock anger. “Julian, are you trying to pick a fight?”
Julian laughed, catching her hand and sitting down beside her. He peeled a shrimp and held it to her lips.
Louisa opened her mouth and bit down hard–even catching his finger.
Julian smiled. “Tastes good?”
A loaded question.
Louisa caught the double meaning. Her face flushed slightly, and she huffed, “Not good.”
Julian sighed. “That’s a shame. Bob will be heartbroken to hear his cooking’s slipped.”
Louisa fell silent.
This man was doing it on purpose.
No matter how she answered, it would be wrong.
He’d set a trap for her.
She decided to ignore him.
She kept eating.
Julian ladled a small bowl of soup for her. “It’s late. Don’t eat too much. Have some soup.”
It was a light fish soup, and it looked delicious.
Louisa took a couple of sips, then felt something was off.
She recognized this soup–it was especially good for pregnant women.
And the dishes–most of them were also suitable for pregnancy.
A coincidence?
She eyed Julian suspiciously. Could he already know she was pregnant?
Chapter 533
fulau ked, “What’s wrong?”
“…Nothing.”
He couldn’t know, right?
After a while, Julian didn’t let her eat much more. Once she’d had enough, he cleared away the food.
He didn’t want her to overeat and feel sick.
The project lead from the town sent Louisa some work reports and progress updates. She sat on the sofa reviewing them.
Julian sat beside her, arm around her waist, occasionally kissing her. ‘How long are you going to keep working?”
His tone was aggrieved, like a neglected husband.
Louisa couldn’t focus with him distracting her. She covered his lips with her hand. “Stop it.”
Julian grabbed her hand and set her tablet on the coffee table with his other hand.
Louisa didn’t resist.
With him beside her, it really was hard to concentrate.
Besides, the project was progressing smoothly. She just needed to review things–nothing to worry about.
When he pressed her down onto the sofa, she wrapped her arms around his neck
Their sweet kisses grew heated, neither wanting to stop.
Just then, Julian’s phone started vibrating.
At first, they both ignored it, letting it buzz.
But it kept going, as if it wouldn’t stop until he answered.
Louisa pushed Julian away, breathless. “You should get that.”
Julian was reluctant. He had no idea who’d be calling at a time like this.
He picked up the phone and glanced at the screen-
His dad.
He answered. ‘Dad, what is it?‘
