Julian gave Teresa a cold stare. “I don’t care what Mr. Capulet does. If you forcefully interfere, I won’t intervene either.”
The implication was clear: if George was seeking vengeance for Louisa and Teresa tried to stop him, Julian wouldn’t protect her–even as her nominal brother–if George turned on her.
Teresa was deeply hurt. Was Louisa really that important to him? A divorced woman who had only appeared in his life days ago had already captured his entire heart?
“Julian,” she said resentfully, “I know you value Ms. Forbes, but you can’t blindly suspect Aurora Media Group without evidence. That’s not fair to them.”
“That’s right,” Judith quickly chimed in. “Mr. Tudor, you haven’t even checked the surveillance footage, yet you threaten to destroy Aurora Media Group. That’s completely unreasonable.”
Julian let out a cold snort, his icy gaze sweeping across the room. “How do you know I don’t have evidence?”
His words shocked everyone. Even George paused mid–punch to look at Julian.
Judith tried to argue further. “False accusations are easy to make! If you want to eliminate Aurora Media Group, just say so directly–don’t fabricate crimes against me!”
“What I’m asking is Ms. Forbes’s whereabouts!” Julian erupted.
Before anyone realized what had happened, an enormous glass ashtray had been swept to the floor, shattering into pieces, followed by a violent crash. Everyone gasped in shock.
Only Julian remained composed, coldly observing the scene. One moment he had been inscrutable, his
expression unreadable. The next, his rage was like a blade unsheathed, terrifying everyone into silence.
His anger was a fierce, overwhelming force that no one could withstand–even more frightening than
George’s violence.
The room fell completely silent. Judith and Patrick’s pupils trembled with fear.
By now, Patrick had been beaten to the ground, coughing blood, unable to speak.
Judith, being a CEO, managed to maintain some composure. With forced confidence, she declared, “We

truly don’t know Ms. Forbes’s whereabouts. If you insist we’re involved, then please present your evidence!”
Julian contained his anger, but his expression remained terrifyingly cold. He knew Judith and Patrick had hidden Louisa, but he didn’t know what they had done to her. His aggressive questioning was deliberate- he wanted to observe their instinctive reactions.
And his strategy had worked. Judith’s confident demand for evidence suggested she was certain… Could it be that Louisa would never be found?
At this thought, a chill ran through his heart. His palm closed into a tight fist.
He lowered his gaze, surveying everyone in the room. “I have an unfortunate habit–I’m extremely protective. Anyone who harms my people will be destroyed, evidence or not. It seems you and Mr. Taylor are eager to experience this firsthand!”
As he spoke, Julian’s entire being radiated a murderous aura.
Judith was terrified. She trembled as she raised her head to meet Julian’s gaze. In that moment, she felt his eyes were looking at her as if she were already a corpse.
Her heart quivered with fear as she swallowed nervously. But then she reassured herself–what was there to fear? Patrick had set the fire, not her. Besides, Louisa was probably already burned to ashes by now.
So she regained her composure and addressed Julian. “Mr. Tudor, I understand you care about Ms. Forbes and are worried about her disappearance. If you need to vent your anger on Mr. Taylor and me, we won’t
complain.”
Her voice grew more confident. “But the others are innocent. Please don’t punish all of Aurora Media
Group and its employees–they’ve done nothing wrong.
“Everyone has worked diligently for this company. If you treat these loyal employees this way because of
one woman, you’ll break their hearts.”
Her words seemed sincere and heartfelt. The uninformed staff members were moved by her speech and
began to feel resentful toward Julian. Clearly, Judith was manipulating their emotions, especially Teresa’s.
Sure enough, Teresa’s expression visibly turned resentful. Others began to speak up in Judith’s defense.
Julian’s murderous aura showed no signs of softening.
Just then, Teddy hurried in. He approached Julian and whispered, “Mr. Tudor, Patrick confessed. He kept

her in a villa about ten miles from here. George has already gone there.”
Julian nodded. “Take some men and search within a five mile radius of the house.”
Teddy looked troubled.
Julian’s heart tightened. “Is there a problem?”
Teddy replied with difficulty, “The house… it’s by the sea.”

These words made Julian’s blood freeze instantly. After a moment, he gritted his teeth and commanded,
“Then search the sea!”
“Yes, sir!” Teddy didn’t waste any time, immediately leaving with his team.
Everyone in the room watched their hushed conversation, noting Julian’s grim expression and Teddy’s
urgent departure.
They exchanged puzzled glances. What was happening? Had they found her? Or was she lost forever?
The uninformed staff members began to sweat nervously, afraid to imagine what would happen if Louisa couldn’t be found. Would Julian really destroy Aurora Media Group and leave them all unemployed?
Judith, observing Julian’s troubled expression, felt certain of the answer: Louisa had already been burned to ashes. Even if they found her body, she would still be dead.
This thought filled her with satisfaction. Even though she didn’t know Louisa, seeing Julian care so much about her had made Judith intensely jealous.
So she looked at Julian, pretending to be concerned, and asked, “Is there news about Ms. Forbes?”
