Vivian turned around, slipped back into her sweet, fragile act, and walked over to Agnes and Neal.
She shot Agnes a glance and was cursing her out inside.
What a vixen! Shameless little fox! Pulling that push-and-pull game again!!
Vivian pouted, deliberately pushed out her figure, and said in a pitiful voice,
"Neal, I... I just can't get any of this right. It's so hard. C-could you help me with it?"
Agnes looked at Vivian's skimpy outfit and almost couldn't hold back a laugh.
This idiot really had gone all in for Neal.
"Thanks, Neal. I'll get going first. You two talk."
Neal wanted to leave with her, but Vivian grabbed him and refused to let go.
"Neal, I really need help. I... I don't know anything.
"You're the only person I know here. I don't trust anyone else at all."
Vivian had clearly gone all out today and spent a fortune doing it.
Out of a hundred swimsuits, she'd picked the one with the least fabric and the best fit for her body.
She was insanely confident in her charm. Once Neal saw her today, how could he not fall hard?
Please. In all of Grandridge, there wasn't a man Vivian couldn't win over.
She looked up at Neal, only to find his eyes fixed straight ahead.
Vivian followed his gaze, and he was still looking at Agnes.
Damn it! Was he even a man? Was that woman's back really better than this killer body of mine? Huh?!
"Neal!"
Vivian called out again in a syrupy voice, deliberately pressing herself a little closer to him.
"Sorry, Ms. Brogdon. Looks like several instructors are waiting for you over there.
"They're more professional than I am. I'm sure they'll be able to help you. Sorry, I have to go."
From beginning to end, Neal didn't spare Vivian a single glance. He simply shook her off and walked away.
Vivian stood there, stunned. She was dressed like this, and this man actually... didn't care at all!
If it had been any other man, wouldn't he be drooling like crazy by now?!
The few instructors nearby saw Neal leave and hurried over.
"Ms. Brogdon, can you change into the diving suit now? We have rules here. You can't go into the water dressed like that.
"We're responsible for your safety, and we..."
Vivian exploded. "This is all your fault! All of you! Why did you have to keep following me?!
