Chapter 234: I Am Lily
Chapter 234: I Am Lily
(Amelia’s POV)
I walked down the stairs slowly. My heels clicked against the marble, a steady rhythm in the
sudden silence.
Alpha Arthur stared at me with open hostility. His face was flushed, likely from the stress of
spending six hundred million he didn’t have.
“What’s the matter, Ms. Stone?” Arthur shouted, his voice echoing through the hall. “Are you
planning to sell Stone River Botanicals to scrape together the cash for a higher bid?”
I stopped on the landing. A smirk curled the corners of my lips.

I smoothed the fabric of my dress with deliberate slowness. I looked at him with pity, as if he were a particularly slow
“Arthur hild.
clearly your brain is as empty as your bank account,” I said, my voice calm but carrying effortlessly.
Arthur sputtered, but I cut him off.
“Why would I pay for something I already own?”
I paused, letting the confusion ripple through the crowd. I savored the moment.
“I am Lily,” I declared. “And if Gale Entertainment were the last company on earth, I would never sell my copyrights to you.”
The banquet hall fell into a deathly silence.
Then, it exploded.
Gasps and shouts filled the air, threatening to lift the roof.
I glanced at the large screen displaying the livestream. The comments were blowing up, scrolling so fast they were just a blur of light.
Griffin’s face turned a terrifying shade of purple. He stared at me with eyes that promised murder, as if he wanted to swallow me whole.
Zachary jumped onto a chair, pointing a shaking finger at me.
“Lies!” he screamed. “This is just a pathetic stunt to save face because you can’t afford the bid!”
I didn’t bother to defend myself. I looked at Zachary and Alpha Arthur like they were performing monkeys in a circus.

“Tsk, tsk,” I clicked my tongue.
“Look at you two, barking so loud for Griffin,” I laughed softly. “Does he give you treats for being
good boys?”
Zachary turned red.
“You’re nothing but lapdogs,” I added coldly.
Claim
I turned to Helena on the stage. She nodded and immediately projected the original manuscript
and the contract onto the main screen.
My signature was unmistakable.
Zachary’s face went from red to the color of a pig’s liver. He snapped his mouth shut and slumped
down.
The revelation didn’t calm the room. Instead, the atmosphere grew even more hostile.
Representatives from other entertainment companies surged forward.
“You played us!” one shouted.
“This was a waste of our time!” another yelled. “You think having the Crimson Moon Pack behind you lets you humiliate the entire industry?”
They were furious. They felt tricked.
I leaned back against the auction railing. I raised my hand and inspected my bright red fingernails.
I rolled my eyes, making sure they saw it.
“Are you done throwing your tantrum?” I asked when the noise dipped slightly. “I have a business to
run.”
(Theodore’s POV)
1
I watched the chaos from the second–floor VIP booth.
Through the one–way glass, I could see every expression on the faces below.
Garrett stepped forward, looking concerned.
“Cousin, the crowd is getting aggressive,” Garrett said. “Should I go down and help Amelia out of
this?”
I leaned back in my wheelchair. A smile touched my lips as I watched her command the room.
“No need,” I said, waving him off.
My eyes stayed fixed on her proud figure. My heart swelled with trust and admiration.

“She can handle it,” I said calmly. “Amelia isn’t like same incompetent people who need the family to clean up their mess after they cause trouble.”
I glanced sideways at Derek Crimson.
Derek’s jaw tightened. He clenched his fists until his knuckles turned white.
He knew exactly who I was talking about, but he didn’t dare say a word.
Beside me, Penelope watched the scene below with amusement dancing in her eyes.
My wolf, Logan, let out a satisfied purr in my mind. He was incredibly proud that our mate could
face a pack of greedy wolves alone and win.
Down below, Amelia didn’t show a shred of apology
She straightened her posture. Her gaze swept across the twenty–plus representatives like a blade.
“If you had offered a reasonable price and shown even a shred of respect, I wouldn’t mind selling
the rights,” she said, her voice cutting through their complaints.
The room quieted down to listen.
“But look at your behavior,” she continued. “Aside from Gale Entertainment’s inflated bid, the rest of
you were trying to lowball me.”
Her expression darkened.
“Worse, I read your proposals. You planned to take the heroine’s highlight moments and rewrite
them for the male lead.”
She scoffed.
“Just because you think that makes it ‘easier to sell?”
Disgust was written plainly on her face.
“You want to force my heroine’s victory onto a man? I don’t care about your so–called fame.”
She gripped the railing.
“I care that you are trying to castrate my work. This is my story, my rules.
She paused, letting the weight of her artistic integrity crush their arguments.
“I will never sacrifice the soul of my story to cater to your market,” she stated firmly.
The representatives looked ready to explode again They opened their mouths to argue.
But Amelia didn’t give them the chance.
Her tone shifted instantly. The mockery vanished, replaced by a queen–like authority.

“However,” she said, her eyes landing on a specific corner of the room.
“In today’s farce, three companies didn’t bark like idiots.”
The crowd followed her gaze.
Claim
“You read the proposal. You kept your professionalism,” she said, her voice sounding like a reward
from a ruler to her subjects.
“While everyone else was busy measuring their egos, these three companies actually showed they
have brains.”
She pointed them out one by one.
“Summit Media. Blue Sky Pictures. And Horizon Group.”
She nodded at them.
“We will talk.”
Then she turned her cold gaze back to the rest of the stunned crowd.
“The rest of you? Get out.”
