“Theodore, I have to take a call,” I said softly. “Let’s talk later tonight. Rest early.”

about cutting ties with her mate.

I let out a cold laugh.

“That is interesting,” I said lightly. “I didn’t even send an invitation to the Drake family. How do they plan to get in to cause chaos? Are they going to storm the Stone Pack House?”

“It involves your father, Adrian,” Jade explained, her breath hitching. “Griffin plans to use Adrian to bring Lyra Drake back to the Stone family. They want to use her to crash the party.”

I wasn’t surprised. Adrian was an opportunist who cared only about benefits.

But I was curious. Grandpa Alaric had strictly banned Lyra from ever stepping foot in our home

again.

“Thank you, Jade,” I said, my tone shifting to business. “You are providing real value.”
