Chapter 246 Terms of Survival

George looked touched. “Layla, are you worried about me?”

“If I’m not, you want me to worry about someone else? Fine, then.”

Layla pretended to shrug helplessly.

She turned her head intentionally, as if concluding a conversation with Liam.

George quickly leaned over and rubbed his head against her shoulder. “No, I was just asking!”

Seeing that, Layla couldn’t help laughing softly and reached out to ruffle his hair.

George styled his hair meticulously every day. It was as smooth and soft as silk.

Layla couldn’t resist petting it a few more times.

George was over the moon, almost resting his head on Layla’s lap.

Watching this, Stella clenched her fists, gritting her teeth.

All of this should have been hers.

Carson saw it too, a flash of something in his eyes.

He said nothing, but that strange feeling in his chest surfaced again.

Soon, the aircraft landed on Planet M715.

Layla looked around at the desolate landscape, a little surprised.

The planet felt like Earth during the Jurassic period.

The vegetation was towering, and water flowed everywhere. If they wanted to find a suitable place to settle, they’d have to head higher up.

Layla scanned the area and already had a plan.

She was great at exploring the wilderness.

The production team’s private aircraft landed shortly after, bringing the new contestants.

Layla glanced over. The newcomers appeared to be insect beastkin and sky beastkin.

Fiona stood before everyone and cleared her throat.

“Welcome to Planet M715. You will participate in a three-month survival challenge. Unlike previous seasons, you may only select three items from the props provided. Each team must choose three items.”

The sudden rule change surprised everyone. They exchanged uneasy glances.

Only Layla stood calmly, arms crossed.

Capter 246 Terms of Survival

For Layla, exploring the wilderness was a piece of cake.

She raised her hand, her voice flat. “Any territorial restrictions?”

“Planet M715 isn’t very large, and there are no dangerous wild animals here. You can set up camp anywhere you like.”

Layla nodded thoughtfully. She planned to build another treehouse.

Given the environment, a treehouse was most practical.

And with past experience, her team would be efficient at it.

Layla waited for Fiona to continue.

“Over these three months, whoever completes the highest degree of survival tasks will get first pick of campsites when we return to Planet A13.”

Layla raised an eyebrow. That sounded interesting.

“Alright, the items are here. Everyone, start choosing. You can select multiple items, but the limit is three.”

Fiona laid out a pile of items. Layla glanced over them.

Most looked useful but wouldn’t actually help much in survival.

Layla thought for a moment, then decisively chose a folding knife, universal adhesive, and a spatial container with good storage capacity.

Nearby, Stella laughed when she saw Layla’s choices.

Her laugh drew attention, and she quickly put on an innocent look. “Are you really going to survive with just those? Isn’t that a little too casual?”

Layla turned her head, expression neutral. “Are you saying you know more about survival than I do?”

Layla’s excellent survival skills, already demonstrated on the show, now slapped Stella across the face like a backhand.
