At the Hawthorne Manor, Eleanor was absolutely livid, and Lauren wasn’t doing much better.

She kept calling the Drake family driver, but no matter how many times she dialed, he couldn’t get a car onto the estate.

Out of options, Lauren called Samuel. Over the phone, Samuel said, “Should I just force my way in?”

They could just take the child and leave New York.
