As long as they had blueprints or spáre raw materials, they could bring items into the subspace and place them down freely.

During those blizzardstricken days, the three girls mostly focused on developing their two private realms. They only popped into the guild chat occasionally to check on everyone else.

Hey, treant! The sunshade is crooked!

PineappleBeer finally gave up struggling with the clumsy wooden pole and called out.

The treant, who had been quietly building a wooden beach table, trotted over on its stubby little legs. It stretched out a green vine- ike branch, wrapped it around the sunshade, and pushed it firmly into the sand with a crisp click.

Thanks, little guy!Pineapple Beer lay back down comfortably.

This tiny guy was getting more and more capable.

Riley watched its clumsy, adorable back and smiled to herself.

After spending the whole afternoon relaxing on the beach, Riley spoke up.

Let’s head next door. We’ve had enough sun. Time for some cool fresh air.

She stood up and brushed sand off her clothes.

They walked through the teleportation mirror back into the yard, then stepped inside a small wooden cabin nearby. In an instant, they left the tropical beach behind and stepped into a quiet woodland meadow.

Time flowed at the same speed as the outside world. The blizzard raged outside at dusk, while a full moon slowly rose over this peaceful forest.

The air was damp and fresh, carrying the natural scent of soil and green grass.

This place hits different.TartKing took a deep breath. It’s not as warm as the beach, but the air is so calming it makes me sleepy.

Riley pulled a shovel and several saplings out of her inventory.

Since we’re stuck indoors, let’s finish planting this forest. We’ll plan everything out properly.

Got it!

PineappleBeer grabbed some tools and started digging holes beside her.

First, they planted two orange treesone regular sapling they’d obtained early on, and one newly acquired enhanced variant.

They also planted a few leftover birch saplings.

Riley wanted to compare plant growth speeds between the subspace and the outside world.

Nearly all the trees near her camp had been chopped down, so she needed to replenish forest resources in advance.

Fall mature trees existed beyond the invisible air wall of this woodland realm, so they could never be cut down.

Once they finished planting, Riley walked over to a twentysixfootwide pond. She stared at the moon’s reflection rippling on the

water.

It’s not big, but it’s perfect for fish. Tart, do you still have that Fry Spawn Card?

Yep, I still have it!

TartKing pulled a blue card out of her inventory.

I originally planned to dig a pond outside, but the weather is way too brutal. The fish would’ve frozen solid instantly. This place is absolutely ideal.

She activated the card, and gentle ripples spread across the still water.

More than a dozen palmsized freshwater fish of various colors appeared, swimming around lively. They were common freshwater fish, but living creatures were extremely rare in this apocalyptic world.

Neekp crouched by the pond, staring at the little fish with pure curiosity. She hadn’t seen fish in a very long time.

The treant adored this woodland realm. It even abandoned its shared room with Ash to spend most of its time here.

Every day, it tended to TartKing’s newly planted herbs and fruit trees. In its free time, it lay on a selfmade hanging bed, basking in the moonlight. Its relaxed, carefree expression even made Riley a little jealous.

The next morning, inside the main hall of Riley’s cabin

Coal burned steadily in the hearth. Tiny orange sparks popped/occasionally, accompanied by soft crackling sounds.

Dressed in plain cotton loungewear, Riley slouched lazily on the sofa. A translucent system inventory interface floated in front of

her.

Ugh

Riley let out a long sigh, her brows tightly furrowed as if facing a terrible dilemma.
