TartKing struggled a bit during the fight, but Riley and PineappleBeer always had her back. Whenever she got in danger, the two girls would step in and pull her out of trouble.

Five minutes later, the fight was over.

The five Stone Golems lay broken across the ground, reduced to piles of rubble and loot.

Right after the battle, before Riley even finished reading the system notifications, TartKing had already stowed her greatsword. She rushed over with potions in hand.

“Turn around, quick!” TartKing said, eager to check Riley’s injuries.

It was barely even a wound. While rushing to protect TartKing earlier, Riley had taken a stray punch to the shoulder from one of the golems.

Riley thought nothing of it. With her current physique, minor bruises like this would heal in a few hours at most.

Still, TartKing insisted on treating her. She claimed potions would speed up the recovery, and Riley simply let her do it without arguing.

After gathering up all the loot, the three girls walked toward the crystal pillar.

[All guardians have been eliminated.]

[Occupy this resource node?]

Riley put away her dual axes and stepped up to the pillar.

The crystal now glowed plain white, marking it as unclaimed territory.

She pressed her palm against its smooth surface.

“Occupy.”

[Occupation Successful!]

[This node has entered Mining Mode.]

Warning: During occupation, this node’s coordinates are visible to all guilds within 12 miles. Defend it carefully. (Note: There is a two-hour transition period when resource nodes change ownership.)]

“That’s it?”

Tartking touched the crystal pillar curiously.

“We don’t need to stay here and guard it?”

“Nope,” PineappleBeer replied.

“The system encourages PVP, but it won’t force players to camp out in the wilderness 24/7. Think of it like farming. Plant the seed, then come back later for the harvest.”

“That makes things easier. We just have to watch out for other guilds messing with us.” Tartking nodded.

Riley smiled.

“Let them try. Remember, we have more than enough Mana Cores right now. If any guild dares attack our node, we can teleport over instantly.

“We can use them for combat practice. And if we’re lucky, their loot will be worth more than the node itself.”

The three girls did not linger after claiming the ore node.

They went on to secure another material node near Riley’s camp. This one randomly dropped blue-tier crafting materials, with a small chance of purple-tier materials.

Unfortunately, players could not preview the finished loot. Every drop was completely random.

Aside from these two nodes, the resource map showed no other high-grade spots near Riley’s territory.

Resource nodes were small and easy to hide in the endless snowfields. Searching blindly without the map would’ve been a massive waste of time.

The group headed back to camp, planning to use the guild portal to travel to PineappleBeer’s territory next.

A bright flash from the portal teleported them into PineappleBeer’s camp. The area was simple and plain, with the same rocky terrain she was known for.

The land around PineappleBeer’s camp was barren. Even with the expanded guild map, only one Tier 3 high-grade resource node existed nearby.

Following the map’s guidance, the three girls rode their bikes to a quiet valley.

The temperature here felt several degrees colder. A faint bitter herbal scent lingered in the air.
