I was still catching my breath, my chest rising and falling unevenly, when I felt the bed move. I thought Hunter was going to pull me close and let everything calm down between us, but the way his weight returned told me that wasn’t what he had in mind.

He moved over me again, his body brushing against my sensitive skin as he positioned himself above me. I opened my eyes, still a little dazed, and found him staring down at me with a look that made my stomach twist. He wasn’t satisfied at all—if anything, he looked even hungrier than before.

“You really think I’m letting you sleep after that?” he said, his rough voice low and close to my lips.

His hand slid back to my waist, this time firmer, more demanding, his thumb dragging along my hip in a way that sent a fresh wave of heat through me. Before I could react, he kissed me-deep, rough, and possessive- stealing my breath completely.

I felt him hard against my thigh, and my body reacted instantly, like it had never calmed down at all. My hands went to his neck, pulling him closer without thinking, like I needed him there.

“You’re not going to let me breathe, are you?” I whispered against his mouth, half teasing, half begging.

He answered with that dangerous grin of his. Then he shifted, nudging my legs apart, settling between them, and I knew there was nothing slow or gentle coming this time.

The calm afterglow was gone, replaced by something urgent and intense. The air felt heavy with heat and tension, like everything in the room was pulling us together.

Hunter’s hands were everywhere-on my waist, in my hair, then pinning my wrists to the bed. He wasn’t asking anymore, and I wasn’t resisting. My body moved with his, instinct taking over.

“Dylan,” he growled, my name rough and full of need.

I wrapped my legs around his waist and pulled him in harder. Every movement between us felt explosive. The pace was fast, rough, and overwhelming in the best way. I could smell his skin, feel his strength, and feel the control in every motion. My breath broke into shaky sounds as I arched my neck, searching for his touch.

The bed creaked under us, but nothing else mattered. Everything else disappeared until there was only this- our bodies, the heat, the friction, the chaos of it all. I could feel the tension building again, tighter and stronger than before.

He lifted my chin so I had to look at him, his eyes dark and locked on mine, full of the same hunger burning through me.

“Don’t close your eyes,” he said harshly. “Stay right here. Look at what you’re doing to me.”

The challenge in his voice lit something inside me. He thought he was in control, thought he was the one leading everything, but the heat in my body wanted just as much power.

When his grip on my wrists loosened for a second. I didn’t pull away-I moved forward. I pushed up, twisted

my hips, and used the rush of adrenaline to knock him off balance. His eyes widened in surprise as I rolled us over until he was flat on the bed and I was on top of him.

I didn’t give him time to react. I pinned his hands above his head, my fingers locking with his as I pressed them into the pillows. I leaned over him, my hair falling around us, trapping us in our own heated space.

“If you want me to watch you, shouldn’t you give me a better view?” I whispered, with a devilish smirk playing on my lips. “But maybe you’re the one who needs to keep your eyes open.”

I started moving slowly, on my own rhythm, steady and controlled. I watched his jaw tighten, his breathing grow heavy, and his body tense under mine. The hunger in his eyes was still there, but now there was something else too-surprise and admiration mixed together.

I leaned close to his ear, copying the way he had teased me earlier. “You wanted to see me lose control?” I said softly, dragging my nails down his chest before grabbing his hands again. “Let’s see how long you can keep yours.”

I moved again, harder this time, pulling a sharp sound from his throat. His body reacted without thinking, trying to move with me, but I held him there, realizing I finally had the control.

And I wasn’t letting it go.

I could tell the exact second he lost it. His eyes went dark, and he squeezed my hands against the pillows. He was shaking under me, his body tight like a wire, as I moved slowly and pushed him to his limit.
