Belladonna

She watched as Whit held out his hand to Parker and willingly accepted, becoming not only a pack member of Lustrous Moon, but accepted his role as the heir to the pack. As he smiled up at Parker, and then was just hugged by Parker and the man ruffled Whit’s hair.

They were going to have a good, strong, father and son bond because it had been built over time with Parker ever so patiently waiting for Whit. He’d never once pushed him or tried to force the relationship, which could have ruined their relationship.

She was still sitting in the chair just watching them when three sets of eyes turned on her. Milly was in Parker’s Alpha chair happy sitting there, touching all his things, talking to herself about them being her daddy’s chair and desk, his pen, his computer. Had said the word half a dozen times now. She was happy to have a daddy and the same one as Whit at that.

Parker and Whit were now standing next to where Milly sat, and she smiled as she looked at her family. A real family for her here inside the Lustrous Moon, a place she’d always felt like she’d belonged and fitted into. Even back then, all those years ago, now she understood why Parker was her Goddess-Gifted Mate. He could have picked one of her two sisters, but he’d not. He’d actually chosen her as his mate, not even knowing what she truly was to him.

“It’s your turn, Belladonna.” He smiled at her and beckoned her over to him with a crooked finger.

“You should announce Whit.” She stated simply.

“I will,” he nodded, “When you’ve been initiated and can hear the pack-wide mind-link yourself.”

“Oh.” Was all she stated. She’d not thought about that. She got up and walked over to him, understood that initiating her into his pack would also increase their bond with each other, bring them closer together because they were Goddess-Gifted Mates, just not yet marked and mated was all.

They’d also had a connection before, and though it had been different back then, she knew how it felt to be his Mate, knew this time around it was something she wanted as much as he did, so their Alpha Luna bond would be much stronger than it had once been.

She could also feel Venus now sitting up inside her mind all attention, she’d watched Parker with both Milly and Whit, had wagged her tail both times, purred inside of Belladonna’s mind at his acceptance of Milly. ‘He shift after this, yes?’ Venus asked her sounding a bit impatient to Bella, ‘Be mine then, right?’ that was a confusing statement because he was already there’s now.

‘He is yours now! Bella told her.

‘No, he’s still in limbo. Venus huffed.

‘What?’ Bella frowned at her beast. She couldn’t understand that.

Half ours only. Is why half bond there not full.’ Venus huffed ‘Mesh our blood, and he’ll be ours once more. He was taken away from us when Freya claimed you as a baby’

‘Okay.’ She murmured a little confused still.

“Belladonna?” Parker asked her when she finally looked back to him.

“I don’t know, Venus is anxious.” She shook her head. “It’s fine, her thoughts are confusing to me is all.”

“Does she…”

She interrupted him, could hear the concern in his voice and didn’t want him to worry. “Yes, she wants this. Just said something really weird is all.” she waved it off and held her hand out to him so that he could

initiate her back into Lustrous Moon.

He took her hand gently in his and cut it, a tiny one centremetre nick on her palm, right over the last cut she had, just like Alpha Gretta had, and Alpha Aston had as well, so it was always just one tiny scar, not multiple ones marring the palm of their initiated.

Parker had been the first one to ever cut her palm and initiate her, and now he was going to be the last one as well. He was her Mate and her Alpha, and she’d never leave him, never even considered it ever again. She could see he loved her, knew he did before she’d realised she’d loved him, even.

He pressed their palms together, and she felt their blood start to mesh as he spoke “Alpha Belladonna Lilly Harrington, do you accept I Alpha Parker Hartly, as not only your Alpha but also your Future Mate. Accept that you will officially be the Luna to Lustrous Moon once more, come this full moon and pledge your loyalty to the Pack?” he asked her.

She smiled up at him. True to who he was, he’d worded it very formally, almost like a verbalised contract. Some of the old Parker she knew was shining through in this moment, though his tone had been calm and

gentle as he’d spoken to her.

“Yes,” Belladonna answered simply. “I, Belladonna Harrington, pledge loyalty to this the Lustrous Moon Pack and I will accept you Alpha Parker Hartly as my Future Mate and my Alpha. We will be Equais from this point forward.”

Parker smiled at her as she felt herself sever from the Hollowed Moon and become a member of the Lustrous Moon once more, only this time as Parkers Goddess-Gifted Mate and Luna. She tried to let go of his hand as she felt the pack tether snap into place only to find herself pulled right into him and his mouth

on hers.

Kissed her all long and deep, slowly and lovingly before their two children, and a soft growl came from him as she kissed him back, allowing him to know she enjoyed being kissed by him and wanted to kiss
