Chapter 515 Lost in Love
Finished
Outsiders only saw Ayla’s gentleness and devotion. They ignored the strength and willpower behind every step she took.
Ayla could be cold, but she still had warmth. Laura once said that even though Ayla wasn’t very enthusiastic toward her, Ayla always reminded Laura to go for health checkups.
The danger and cruelty of the racetrack had nothing to do with Ayla herself. But calm thinking under extreme conditions was exactly her strength.
No matter the situation, she was tough.
So, whether Ayla loved Troy or not was always her own choice.
Ayla had always known what she wanted.
When she loved Troy, she expressed that love through actions.
When she left in disappointment, she never looked back and kept moving forward.
After considering everything, Isabella suddenly understood.
The one who was truly lost in love was Troy.
Maybe Troy never knew why he agreed to marry Ayla in the first place. After the divorce, he regretted it, but his attitude toward Ayla remained unclear. If he wanted to remarry her, he clearly didn’t hate her, but his feelings didn’t seem like love either.
Someone so tangled and confused could never compare to Ayla, who always knew what she wanted.
Isabella had already guessed the ending.
She sent all the information about Sun to Troy.
Previously, when she found nothing, Troy lost interest in Sun, so she never saved the videos or files.
But the current Troy would definitely want to watch them.
So Isabella only sent the files and said nothing else.
It was already 10 p.m.
Except for the security staff on duty, everyone else had gone home. Even Jed had left.
Isabella stayed because she was waiting for Troy to calm down.
But she waited until after midnight, and Troy still hadn’t left the office.
Was he asleep, or was he still watching the videos?
The door was suddenly pushed open, and Isabella stood up from her desk at once.

Troy’s gaze swept over her. His eyes were red and tired.
So he had been watching Sun’s videos the whole time.
When Mr. Winston watches Ayla on the racetrack, does he feel the same way I do?
“Mr. Winston,” Isabella called out.
Troy still looked unwell, but he was no longer angry.
He gave a cold order: “Come with me.”
After speaking, he turned away and walked toward the elevator.
Isabella let out a breath and couldn’t help smiling.
She had won the bet.
After sending the driver away, Troy sat in the back seat with his eyes closed. Isabella drove him home.
“Mr. Winston, we’re home,” Isabella reminded him.
Troy slowly opened his eyes and looked out the window. He had arrived at the familiar villa, the familiar “home.”
He said nothing, and Isabella didn’t rush him.
After a while, Troy spoke, “When I go to see Ayla, come with me.”
Only Isabella truly understood him. She didn’t blindly comfort him, and that made Troy feel she was forthright. Because of that, he trusted her.
Women handled things with more care than men, and Jed was just
an idiot.
Besides, something this embarrassing shouldn’t be known by too many people.
When Troy returned to the villa, Laura was already asleep.
Troy didn’t like a crowded home. The villa felt empty. He glanced at the couch out of habit, then silently looked away.
As usual, he sat in the study for a while. He hadn’t eaten dinner, so he felt hungry. He could have woken Laura up, but he didn’t want to, so he left things as they were. Deep down, he probably wanted the Ayla from the past, the one who would come whenever he called, to make him a late–night snack.
As his stomach hurt more, his face grew increasingly strained.
Troy decided to just stay hungry. He drank a few sips of cold water and planned to rest.
But for no clear reason, he walked to the room farthest from his own bedroom,
