Will had only a couple of thoughts in his head.

First, Ayla was genuinely impressive, and he wanted to be real friends with her.

Second, it was such a shame she’d married so young.

Just then, the atmosphere in the hall shifted slightly.

Ayla and Will noticed and looked toward the entrance.

Troy and his group had arrived.

Will knew Ayla could handle her emotions, but he still instinctively worried and glanced at her.

But he found Ayla looking over openly and calmly.

Right after the divorce, seeing him would hurt her, so it made sense that she didn’t want to see him.

But now she’d slowly moved on. She had a different mindset.

Divorce didn’t mean never seeing someone again. She’d still have to go to the courthouse with Troy to finalize it. If she was afraid just to run into him, what was the point?

Ayla looked around and saw familiar faces entering

Troy, Max, and Rolf–three tall, handsome men, each with a powerful background–walked in wearing suits. They definitely made for a striking sight.

Jed followed behind Troy, also in a suit, but Ayla didn’t even glance at him.

Between Troy and Rolf was Skyla, dressed in a sparkling gown covered in crystals.

She looked glamorous, with jewelry that made her glow even more. From afar, she looked elegant and high–class.

Bria had mentioned the millions spent on her look, and Ayla knew it was true.

It wasn’t just Troy who’d put in the effort–Juliet had too.

Will saw that Ayla didn’t seem bothered, but he still took a step to block her line of sight to Troy’s group.

He didn’t want her to get upset.

She couldn’t just let go of all her anger. If she couldn’t have a normal pregnancy in the future, that would be a consequence of her choices.
