Chapter 727 She Follows Them
Ayla rushed to Zheron overnight. Her laptop sat in the car.

She took it out and turned it on. Her hands moved fast across the keyboard as she traced Bria phone signal. The phone kept moving quickly, then suddenly stopped. Ayla checked the location where the signal froze. It wasn’t a hotel or a bar. It was an empty road with almost no people around.
Clearly, someone had thrown the phone there.
Ayla first told Draven that Bria might be in danger.
Then she broke into the traffic camera system. To make sure no one tracked her, she wrote a program and spent over ten minutes wiping her traces. She left without being noticed by the cyber police and spotted a suspicious car.
While driving, Ayla called Draven and told him Bria was likely kidnapped. Then she sent him the path the car had taken, along with photos of the vehicle that had no license plates.
She got all of that even faster than his team did.
Draven knew Ayla was highly skilled, but every time, the difference still shocked him. The people working under him were all geniuses, too.
She had done everything she needed to do. The rest wasn’t her responsibility. In Zheron, Draven handled things better. The capital had strict control everywhere, and the power system there was intense. She understood her limits. Whoever had the strength should take care of it.
Besides, Bria was Draven’s own sister. That was his problem to handle.
“Tell me once you get news,” Ayla said. “Just let me know she’s safe.”
“Nothing will happen,” Draven replied. Then he hung up and started taking action.
Ayla felt that having someone calm nearby really made a difference. Draven had done things she still didn’t fully understand, and he could be forceful. But deep down, he wasn’t like Troy at all. Draven and Troy acted differently because their reasons were different. Hearing his words made her feel deeply relieved.
Even though she once disliked Bria and stayed away from her, she had never wished real harm on her.
Ayla pushed that matter aside, entered a new address, and drove away.
There was still one thing she hadn’t done in Zheron.

She was going to see her father.
As she drove, memories from long ago kept appearing in her mind. Before she realized it, her face had turned cold.
Then by chance, she ran into her half–sister, Fabiola.
They had only met once or twice before. Ayla knew Fabiola always looked perfect in every detail. But now, she wasn’t wearing her usual vintage–style clothes. Instead, she wore black casual clothes from head to toe.
Then she got into a car without license plates and drove off.
Ayla frowned and followed behind.
They kept moving farther away from the city.
Ayla hesitated, unsure if she should keep going. But as long as she stayed inside her car, she could still escape if needed.
Soon, they reached a very isolated area that looked like a private compound.
Fabiola stepped out of the car.
Not long after, another car arrived.
Ayla’s face darkened immediately.
Bria was inside that car.
Right away, Ayla sent the address to Draven.
If she hadn’t seen that herself, she would have left everything to him. But now that she had followed them here, she couldn’t just stay hidden if something happened.
Her grip tightened around the steering wheel.
Why would Fabiola target Bria? Did they have some kind of conflict? Ayla couldn’t understand it. If Fabiola came after her instead, that would make more sense.
Ayla kept her face tense as she watched the suspicious car from afar.
Soon, people started stepping out.
Bodyguards dressed in black dragged Bria out of the car.
