Divorce me I'm done serving you (Ayla) novel Chapter 762

Draven loved that Ayla held him close in her heart. That was why being with her brought him peace.

His feelings were already on the verge of overflowing.

Draven took her hand. "Come on. I'll show you around our home."

He had once wanted to build a wedding house for her. Now, wherever Ayla was, that place became home to him. Still, settling down was instinctive for a man, so Draven had prepared several homes. She could choose whichever she liked.

This villa was not designed in a sleek, ultra-modern luxury style like a massive apartment. Instead, it carried a more classic and subtle charm. Many pieces of furniture were timeless designs that would not feel outdated even years later.

The living room on the first floor felt warm and full of life. It lacked the cold, formal feeling meant for guests. A wood fireplace burned gently, giving off a calm and cozy warmth.

The baby's room was also on the first floor, spacious and filled with light.

The second floor held the main bedroom and the study.

Ayla needed a place to work, so her study was large, just like the one in the Westhaven apartment.

Draven did not bring her to the main bedroom. Instead, he led her up to the third floor.

"What's up here?"

"The studio I made for you, and a craft room."

Ayla liked to paint when she wanted to relax, and sometimes she made small handmade items. Draven had prepared everything according to her preferences.

After looking around, she liked everything.

"It seems like you really put effort into this."

Draven said, "I should."

Not every room needed to be shown. Ayla thought the tour was over, but suddenly Draven pulled her toward another room next to the studio.

When the door opened, the room was dark.

Then Draven turned on the light.

As the light came on, Ayla froze in surprise at the walls filled with stunning ocean photographs.

She knew Draven loved the sea, so for his 29th birthday last year, she had chosen the seaside for him.

He had taken many photos of the ocean and printed all of them. She had never imagined they would all be displayed here.

The studio next door displayed works from famous artists.

And here, these ocean photos were arranged like artworks too, covering almost an entire wall.

Curiosity rose in her, and she was about to walk over when Draven suddenly caught her wrist tightly.

When she turned, she saw the darkness in his eyes, filled only with her. More serious than usual. More gentle than ever.

Ayla's heart pounded violently. She understood. The reason he had made her wait these past two days was for this moment.

Her breathing turned shallow. Her heart raced faster than ever.

"Ayla, we got together on October 6 last year. This year, I planned to take you to Aqualith for our anniversary, but I missed it. Today is the last day of October. I think... it's still not too late."

As Draven spoke, Ayla kept her eyes on him.

She rarely saw him this serious, so she watched him closely, as if trying to remember every second.

Draven looked at her with deep tenderness. He had never felt this nervous before.

He lifted her hand and held it carefully. Without blinking, he looked straight at her. "Ayla, do you know why I fell for you?"

"Because I'm Sol?"

"That's part of it. And also a coincidence. A coincidence that made me believe in fate."

"What coincidence?" Ayla had never asked why Draven liked her. When they first met, she was going through a divorce with Troy. Their feelings had grown little by little as they spent more time together.
