“No, it’s not! I most certainly isn’t!” Conrad exclaimed in a hurry. “There’s nothing wrong with the management of Evermore Club.

“And the southern Javonbury Precinct will unconditionally support the club’s business and development in the future, offering only the best policies and support we can give!“.

Neil finally said slowly, “Mr. Gray, Mr. Clarkson Senior said that tonight’s operation is entirely up to you. You can make whatever decisions you want without having to worry about the consequences.”

Conrad immediately began sweating profusely upon hearing that. In other words, Ashton would be the one determining if he lived or died tonight.

Even if Ashton killed him tonight, Ashton would still have the head of the Legion backing him up. That meant Conrad would have died for nothing! Nobody would ever dare to offend the head just because Conrad lost his life tonight.
