Chapter 351
Tanya, with a look of deep gratitude and excitement, exclaimed, “I’ll leave everything in your hands, Dr. Fowler! I’d appreciate it if you could provide me with a bit more medication. It hurts so much, I just can’t take this pain anymore!”
Nadine, however, shook her head, a smirk playing on her lips. “I’m certainly able to write a prescription for Mrs. Sloan, but as I currently serve my mentor, every single thing I do requires his consent.”
“Huh? You’re serving your mentor?”
Nadine’s revelation instantly left the three of them in a daze.
Eunice murmured, “I wasn’t aware that Dr. Fowler had taken on a mentor to attend. Hasn’t Dr. Fowler always been a solitary figure, dedicated solely to the art of medicine?”
Roxy’s apprehension intensified as she asked, “Who exactly is this mentor you’re referring to, Dr. Fowler? Is he here right now?”
“He’s currently inside Whispering Emerald Manor,” Nadine replied, her expression alight with admiration and
reverence.
“Is your mentor capable of curing Mrs. Sloan’s stomach disorder, Dr. Fowler?” Eunice asked eagerly.
Roxy and Tanya gazed at Nadine with anticipation. They thought that a mentor capable of commanding the service of Nadine, the divine doctor, would surely possess astonishing medical skills. Perhaps he could even cure Tanya completely, freeing her from the torment of her stomach disorder forever.
Nadine tilted her graceful neck and replied with a proud expression, “He’ll surely be able to cure it once he intervenes!”
“Is that true, Dr. Fowler?” Roxy’s expression immediately brightened.
Nadine’s eyes gleamed while exclaiming, “Of course! You ought to know that my mentor’s medical prowess is simply incomparable to mine! He has all the answers, even when it comes to the world’s most intricate and difficult cases!”
“Is it possible for you to introduce us to this mentor of yours, Dr. Fowler?” Roxy asked.
“I’ll be greatly indebted to you, Dr. Fowler! I’ll promise a substantial reward if I’m finally cured of this stomach disorder!” Tanya clenched her fists, finally seeing the hope of recovery from her stomach disorder.
“You guys may follow me inside, then. I can make no guarantees regarding whether my mentor will agree to treat you, though. Nor can I promise he will allow me to dispense the medication for immediate pain relief,” Nadine explained.
She then turned and led Roxy and the other two into Whispering Emerald Manor.
Roxy and the others followed cautiously. They were intensely curious about the mentor Nadine described. They couldn’t help but wonder what kind of influential figure he was to command such profound admiration from the renowned Nadine and secure her willing service.
They had just entered Whispering Emerald Manor when a soothing herbal aroma greeted them. They

immediately found the scent deeply invigorating, and a profound sense of calm settled over them, as if the fragrance itself had magically erased every trace of their accumulated fatigue.
They ventured deeper inside and noticed a man and a woman positioned behind a translucent gauze curtain, making their features indistinguishable. The delicate woman was gently massaging the man’s shoulders with a slight smile playing on her lips. Meanwhile, the man had his eyes half–closed and appeared to be thoroughly enjoying the attention.
They could see that the woman was Heidi, the person they had encountered outside Whispering Emerald Manor earlier. They couldn’t help but muse if the man was the mentor Nadine had spoken of just now. They thought he was an impressive, audacious figure to have two exceptional beauties serve him.
Roxy and Eunice both cocked their brows slightly. They could only see a vague outline behind the translucent gauze curtain, but it carried a strikingly familiar air. They sensed they had seen this man somewhere before, yet they couldn’t place the feeling or attach it to a specific name.
“I’ve brought the patient over. I can only manage Mrs. Sloan’s stomach disorder with medication, not heal it completely. I’d like to ask if I’m permitted to prescribe her the medication,” Nadine explained with utmost reverence, entirely different from the distant demeanor she had shown earlier to Roxy and the others.
