“I’m actually looking forward to seeing what this sucker brings to the table next,” Ashton thought to himself as he watched Clay walk away.

Lawrence was spot on about Clay–a sucker like him should be reaped repeatedly until he was completely left with nothing.

Ashton wasted no more time and hurried back to the villa, as Wanda’s teasing had ignited a wildfire in his blood that refused to be put out.

He was practically vibrating with a restless, heated energy as his imagination was already running wild with vivid, sultry visions of Sylvia–his favorite temptress.

There was no denying that Sylvia understood his tastes better than anyone, allowing him to release himself completely and leaving him more satisfied than ever.

Ashton withdrew his gaze and regarded the foolish woman with a hint of helplessness. “You ought to know that you’re the one standing in my way, Eunice. You should stop wasting my time and step aside if you don’t have actual business with me.”

He finally understood why Eunice and Roxy had become best friends–as the saying went, like minds gravitated toward one another, so seeing two such foolish women together made perfect sense.

“I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t!” Eunice retorted, a challenging look crossing her face.

Ashton asked indifferently, “What do you want from me, then? You’d better make it quick, as I’m in a hurry.”

“Why did Clay say you’re with the Legion?” Eunice asked as she stared down at Ashton, searching for anything that would set him apart from the Grim Reaper she loved. She, however, couldn’t shake the feeling that he
