“Alas, the once mighty and renowned Legion is now becoming more and more useless. To think that trash like you thought he could challenge me!” Buford snarled, his gaze flashing with hostility as he struck Hector in the abdomen.

Hector’s abdomen caved in, with blood spilling out. He spat out a mouthful of blood as well. His body flew sideways before slamming heavily onto the ground, going completely motionless.

Licking his dry lips, Buford took out a black pill from his pocket and fixed his eyes on Eunice, who’d been trapped within the poisonous cloud around her. His gaze turned lewd as he took in her pretty face and attractive figure.

“You make my mouth water, gorgeous. Guess I won’t be lonely tonight,” Buford said with an eerie cackle as he continued to stare greedily at her, as if he’d already stripped her naked.

“This pill is called the Curse of Desire, gorgeous. We made it right here. Once you eat it, you’ll lose all your rationality and become nothing more than a cat in heat, driven wild with lust.

“When the time comes, I’ll definitely fulfill all your desires. And if that’s not enough for you, all of us Jalunese men here will be more than happy to satisfy you. Hahahaha!”

The other nasty–looking Jalunese men also started roaring with laughter. To them, she was already theirs for the taking.

Eunice kept shaking as she tried to get away from the poison, but her strength was slowly being drained from her. In the end, she fell to the ground, only able to kick weakly.

“Stop him!”

The poisoned legionnaires fought to get back on their feet, using every bit of strength they had left to stop Buford. Unfortunately, they were no match for him. Soon, the poison knocked them out.

Turning pale from fear, Eunice cried out in a panic, “If you dare touch me, Lord Reaper will never let you get away with it! If he finds out about this place, he’ll kill all of you and turn your bodies into dust!”

“Lord Reaper? You mean the new deputy head of the Legion?” Buford’s eyes flashed coldly.

“That’s right! Lord Reaper is already on his way here. If you leave now, you might have a chance of survival. Otherwise, you’ll be facing his wrath, and not a single one of you will escape alive!” Eunice screamed.

However, Buford simply burst into derisive laughter. “The Legion has fallen from grace ages ago. What can a newly promoted deputy head do to me? If he does show up here, I don’t mind letting him witness how I ravage you, gorgeous.‘

He took a big step forward, walking right up to Eunice. He grabbed her by the throat and lifted her face up.

After tossing her aside, he began undressing, declaring with a smile, “It won’t be long before the pill activates, gorgeous. You’ll find out what it feels like then.
