Divorced and Dominant Now You Cry novel Chapter 525

Chapter 525

Mr. Snead, we’ve just finished creating the Curse of Desire as well. What a perfect opportunity to use it on these Casorian women. It’s been ages since I last had my fun with one!one of Buford’s subordinates piped up.

Mr. Snead, I heard that this woman, Eunice Clark, is also one of the most beautiful women in the Legion. She’s the perfect candidate to serve you, Mr. Snead. As for the other women, the rest of us can take turns having our fun with them!

And we’ll use the Casorian men as our test subjects to see how potent the Deathwraith poison is!

The group of sinister Jalunese men laughed cruelly, the sound making the legionnairesskin crawl.

The air was filled with a nauseating stench, and the gates of Luminel Abbey had slammed shut.

Hector and Eunice exchanged a glance, their hearts sinking with uncontrollable despair. They’d never imagined that what was supposed to be nothing more than a simple mission to take out some Jalunese bandits would lead them straight into a secret Jalunese base.

There were many formidable experts here, including Buford, their leader who was a transcendent realm expert. The imposing air he exuded had completely neutralized them, making it impossible for them to escape.

Hector gritted his teeth and forcibly gathered his strength. His veins bulged, with some of the blood vessels bursting open. Blood began seeping out of his skin.

This was the only way for him to push himself to the limit and gather as much of his inner energy as possible.

Trembling, Eunice called out, Captain Morrison

Listen to me, Eunice!

Hector took a deep breath, his expression resolute as he lowered his voice to say, I’ll do everything I can to hold back these Jaluinese bastards to buy you a chance to escape!

You must find a way to get out of here and report to the Legion about the poison gas operation being conducted here. Tell Mr. Clarkson Senior to dispatch a team to wipe them out! Otherwise, there’s no telling how much damage and loss their operations will bring to Casoria!

But you

Eunice! From the day I joined the Legion, I’ve prepared myself for the possibility of sacrificing my life for my country. Don’t let my death be in vain!Hector declared before flashing her a smile. You’re more talented than I am, Eunice. It’s better if you survive.

Captain Morrison, let’s fight our way out together! Mr. Clarkson Senior would’ve noticed that something’s wrong by now. I’m sure he’ll send reinforcements!

Eunice couldn’t bring herself to escape alone.

This is an order, Eunice!Hector insisted sharply.

The veins all over his body burst one after another, with streams of blood spraying out. The longer we drag this out, the more poison we’ll be inhaling. Now go!

He shoved Eunice before swiftly charging at Buford.

Eunice watched Hector from behind as he marched toward certain death. Tears shimmered in her turned and tried to dash out of Luminel Abbey. She had to make it out alive. She couldn’t let the sacrifices made by Hector and all the other legionnaires be for nothing.

My, my. What a moving sacrifice. Unfortunately for you, we’ve used this as our base for a very long time. Any Casorian who enters won’t be able to escape alive.

Buford let out an amused cackle. With a flick of his hand, poison gas swirled all around, like a swarm of locusts that blocked Eunice’s path.

Eunice trembled. Her inner energy could no longer suppress the poison that was trying to consume her body. She began to slow down, her body weakening. Her eyes filled with despair.

There was no way she could fight off the poison, not when it was spreading this much.

At the same time, Hector continued charging at Buford. Disregarding his own grievous injuries, he gathered all his remaining strength, channeling it into his right fist before attempting to punch Buford in the head.

Snorting, Buford opened his hand and grabbed the fist, a shockwave rippling through the air when their hands collided.

Hector’s eyes widened in shock, horrified to realize that poison was emanating from Buford’s palm and swiftly encroaching on his right arm, rendering it immobile. Within moments, it fell to his side, without a single trace of strength left in it.
