“Logan Cunningham, the head of the Empyrean Sentinel, has been hanging around Javonbury lately. He’s definitely looking to move in on Javonbury.

“He’s not the only one, either. Plenty of people are hungry for a piece of this place.”

Ashton nodded slightly, feeling the weight on his shoulders increase. He knew the confrontation with Flint to become the ruler of the criminal underworld of Javonbury was destined to be a brutal affair.

“I won’t let any of those old–timers try to push you around just because they’re more established!” Lawrence declared with bold

conviction.

Ashton took a deep breath, his passion for claiming Wanda and Faye, with her Phoenixborne lineage, becoming even more fervent. He also believed that these women deserved his protection.
