Chapter 339.

“Running away already?” Josie Quia scoffed. Without even looking back, she flicked her wrist, skewering a line of undead in one sweep. Even though the area where Josie had fought them was a bit far from the city walls, the scale of the destruction was impossible to miss.

When the onlookers saw Josie taking on three enemies at once and instantly killing a Tier-5 Alpha Undead, they were paralyzed with fear. Not a singl person dared to make a sound.

This woman was a goddamn demon.

No wonder she was so arrogant. She had the power to back it up!

The Blue Owl Squad didn’t hold back either. Their style lacked Josie’s flair, but their efficiency was terrifying. Tier-4 undead fell before them like lam to the slaughter.

The surrounding Tier-2 and Tier-3 Undead didn’t even stand a chance.

Driven by Josie’s display of power, the Supers of the Newport City Base fought with newfound desperation. They couldn’t exactly compete with thos freaks, but they didn’t want to look like complete garbage by comparison, right?

Once Lord Vane fled, the intensity and pressure of the Undead swarm plummeted. No reinforcements followed behind them.

Consequently, it took the group about half a day to finally wipe out the remaining wave.

After the last Undead fell, the Pyro Supers stepped forward to incinerate the corpses.

The piles of Undead were reduced to ash. A Wind Super gave a sharp gust, leaving behind nothing but a sea of glittering, colorful Cores.

A dedicated team came over to collect them.

Every Core Tier-4 and above was handed to Josie’s team. Tier-3 and below went to the base.

Everyone was on their best behavior. Not a single person tried to skim any off the top.

After all, having witnessed the Valkyrie’s terrifying strength with their own eyes, no one was stupid enough to want to offend such a powerhouse.

In the end, during the final tally, every single Tier-4 Undead Core was delivered to Josie without a single one missing.

Josie nodded and tossed them into her space without even bothering to count.

She was anxious to find Sean Voss.
