End Times, Surviving with My Beastly Army
Chapter 485 Fly a Helicopter
Only Steve rushed forward excitedly. “I’ll do it! Can I try it?”
Robin said, “This is the most basic Level 2 zombie crystal core energy extract. It costs one Level 3 zombie crystal core
Without any hesitation, Steve took a crystal core from his pocket and handed it to her.
He accepted the test tube from Robin, took a deep breath, and drank it all in one gulp.
Almost immediately, he felt a surge of energy flowing through his body, but there wasn’t the slightest
discomfort.
The strange feeling disappeared after only about a minute.
After carefully checking himself, he looked up with delight. “I really do feel a little stronger! Just a little, but it’s definitely there!”
The result was perfectly normal. Robin had defeated Steve with ease, but compared to everyone else, he was still a powerful fighter. The energy extracted from a Level 2 zombie crystal core was like a single drop of water falling into a pond. He could barely notice the difference, but the amount was simply too small.
“You don’t feel sick at all?”
“No.”
Steve was strong enough to deal with the remaining ten percent of the zombie virus, so it was practically as if it wasn’t there.
Jilliane and the others were thrilled. The energy extracted from zombie crystal cores might not mean much. to someone as powerful as Steve, but it was extremely valuable to everyone else.
These low-level zombie crystal core extracts were meant for people who had only recently awakened their abilities. They could quickly increase their strength in a short period of time.
That alone was already incredibly valuable.
After paying with the agreed zombie crystal cores, Northreach Base successfully obtained the Purification Pills, 500 doses of Level 2 crystal core extract, and 500 doses of Level 3 crystal core extract.
As the two people who had brought Robin to the base, Steve and Stuart also gained much higher status within Northreach Base.
The leaders hoped Robin would stay for another week or two. Maybe, if she came to like Northreach Base enough, she would choose to stay.
But Robin only remained with her companions for two or three days before leaving.
Compared to other survivor bases, Northreach Base was indeed among the best in the apocalypse.
Still, it couldn’t compare with Shangri-La or Redwood.

Chapter 485 Fly a Helicopter
After making sure everyone at Northreach Base knew who she was, Robin ignored Jilliane and the others attempts to persuade her to stay and left.
She still had to travel to Kapitol.
Although the system had rewarded her with a helicopter long ago, Robin had continued traveling in an, armored vehicle to collect more zombie crystal cores along the way.
But after making such huge deals with Hemingford Base and Northreach Base, she was no longer short or zombie crystal cores.
And with everything she had now, she finally had enough confidence to head for Kapitol.
Kapitol was home to countless talented people. It was also where power was most heavily concentrated. Even during the apocalypse, Kapitol remained far more stable than any other place.
When Robin took the helicopter out of the system storage, Ella and the others were stunned.
By now, they had gotten used to Robin constantly pulling out things that seemed impossible.
Somehow, they no longer found it strange.
After all, if it came from Robin, even the impossible somehow felt normal.
“Let’s go.”

Robin skillfully put on her flight gear. After everyone had taken their seats, she turned slightly and asked,
fly a helicopter?” “Do any of you know how to
Ella and the others all shook their heads.
”
Before the apocalypse, they had just been ordinary people. None of them had ever had a chance to touch a helicopter.
Robin had only asked out of curiosity anyway. She hadn’t expected/anyone to surprise her.
