End of the World? I'm the Boss novel Chapter 77

Chapter 77 The Parking Garage Hunt

Everyone knew guns were banned here.

So who was she?

Finched

Robin acted like she didn’t notice their shock. Her voice stayed calm. The city isn’t like the suburbs. There are zombies everywhere. Shovels and baseball bats won’t cut it anymore. But rememberjust because you have a gun doesn’t mean you should use it. Only use it if you have no other choice. It’s powerful, but it’s loud.

Iwe understand…”

Ella swallowed hard as she held the heavy pistol in her hands.

Before the apocalypse, she had just been an ordinary student.

She had never imagined she would ever hold something like this.

Robin turned to Tim. Teach them how to use it.

Tim nodded, though his expression was complicated.

It was pitch black around them. No light. Almost silence. In that kind of silence, people got tense fast.

And every now and then, a distant zombie howl would cut through the air, making it even worse.

Robin, why did you bring us here?Ella asked.

They were hiding in an underground parking garage. Shadows of zombies swayed in the distance.

She curled her lips slightly and said in a flat tone, Supplies.

Above them was a large shopping mall. The main entrances upstairs were packed with zombies, but there were fewer down here. They could use the emergency stairwell in the garage to get inside.

The four of them moved carefully, step by step, toward the stairwell.

Just then, a nearby zombie suddenly lifted its head. Its nose had been completely bitten off, leaving behind a dark, hollow hole. Its head swayed slowly as if trying to figure out where they were,

Robin narrowed her eyes.

This one was about to reach Level 2.

As time passed, the zombies were getting stronger

Robin spoke without emotion. Take it down

There weren’t many zombies here. This was a good chance for Elli and the others to trai

The three of them exchanged a glance, then rushed forward without hesitation

Robin stayed where she was, looking relaxed, but her eyes followed every move. If anything went wrong. she would step in right away.

The zombie was tough. It was close to Level 2, after all. But Ella and the others weren’t weak either. After a hard fight, they finally managed to bring it down,

Dane watched as Robin calmly crouched down and started digging through the zombie’s skull, searching for a crystal. He pressed his lips together, finally understanding just how big the gap was between them.

Back at the factory, she had taken down a Level 2 zombie all by herself,

The one in front of them now was only a little stronger than a normal zombie. It hadn’t fully reached Level 2 yet.

Even so, the three of them had struggled for a while to bring it down.

Nothing,” Robin said after searching for a bit.

The inside of the zombie’s head was empty. She let out a small sigh, though she didn’t seem too disappointed.

The emergency exit door stood shut. No one knew what might be waiting behind it.

The four of them moved into position, pressing themselves against the walls on both sides. Dane slowly turned the doorknob.

The moment the door openedBang! Something slammed into it from the other side at high speed.

All four of them reacted fast and jumped back. Only then did they see what had rushed out

It was a child zombie.

A little girl, maybe eight or nine years old. Her hair was tied into two pigtails, and she was still wearing a fluffy princess dress.

But the dress had long lost its color. It was soaked in dried, dark blood and bits of flesh. The skirt had been torn into strips, then knotted together in a messy clump.

Her hair was even worse. The right side was matted with dirt and grime, clumped together in a disgusting

Tess.

The left pigtail had been ripped off along with part of her scalp. Half of her skull was exposed. The tom piece of scalp didn’t fall offit hung from her neck, swinging as she moved.

This was a true Leve! 2 zombic.

Unlike Ella and the others, who looked icnse and uneasy, Robin’s eyes heup.

A Level 2 zombie was burder to deal with sure But if there was a crystal points walking right at her

Just then, a creepy sound echoed around

its head, that was basically five
