After hanging up, Fredrick stared at the feed, feeling like the stu this user posted seemed oddly familiar.

He couldn’t quite place it, though.

When Fredrick walked back into the living room, Britney looked up from her phone. “Wanna watch some drama?”

She waved her phone at him.

It was a live stream on some platform.

Fredrick was about to ask what drama she was talking about, but Britney had already walked over to him. “I just got a call. Patti’s at the hospital, making a scene about trying to kill herself blaming me for stealing her man, and demanding I go over and apologize.”

When Britney got the call and heard Patti’s ridiculous demand for an apology, she just found it hilarious.

Patti was flipping the script, playing the victim and even demanding that Britney apologize to her in front of the whole country.

Of course, Britney wasn’t about to miss out on the drama.

On the way to the hospital, Britney watched the live stream, listening to Patti’s tearful accusations.

She couldn’t help but shake her head and click her tongue. “What an epic, heart-wrenching romance. If I wasn’t actually involved, I’d probably believe it and even feel for her.”

Fredrick remained stone-faced the whole time, clearly not agreeing with Britney’s teasing.

The barrage of nasty comments scrolling across the screen really got under Fredrick’s skin.

He whipped out his phone and started spamming Damian with messages.

Last night, Fredrick told Damian to get Patti discharged from the hospital, but all Damian did was get her out of one place. She just ended up in another hospital anyway.

‘When did Damian get so unreliable?’ Fredrick thought, getting more and more frustrated.

If Patti was causing a scene about trying to kill herself at a hospital owned by the Davis family, the whole Davis family would end up in the spotlight too.

Damian, who’d planned to take his date out for some fun today,ot called back in a hurry.

At this point, he was just about ready to wring Patti’s neck.

By the time Britney and Fredrick showed up at the hospital, the entrance was packed with people already.

Some reporters spotted Britney and tried to rush over, but the hospital security quickly stepped in and kept them back.

“Ms. Santos, what do you have to say about Patti accusing you of Iriving her to try and jump off the building?”

“Is it true you got between Patti and Mr. Galloway and caused thir breakup? Are you really the other woman who stole him away?”

“Ms. Santos, how come you showed up with Mr. Pollard? Rumor has it you two don’t get along. Or did you hook Pollard after splitting with Mr. Galloway, just to cut ties with the Galloway family for good?”

The last question earned the reporter an icy, cutting glare from Fredrick.

The reporter looked terrified, his face turning pale as a sheet.

Up until now, all eyes had been glued to the drama between Britney, Aaron, and Patti.

But as soon as Fredrick and Britney showed up, the reporter instantly cranked things up a notch, trying to rope Fredrick into the whole mess.

clearly trying to drag Fredrick into the drama.

The reporter was sharp enough to spot a headline-grabbing angle no one else had, but he forgot one crucial thing. He was dealing with Fredrick himself, not the kind of guy one wanted to cross.

say a word. He just pressed his lips together, shot the reporter a cold look, and made a mental note of the guy’s name and the news outlet he worked for.

Britney stopped and faced the crowd. “No comment. I didn’t interfere in anyone’s relationship, and I’m definitely not the other woman. As for me and Fredrick…” She let her words hang in the air.

She turned to the reporter. “Business is business, no permanent friends, no permanent enemies. My involvement with the Galloway family has absolutely nothing to do with Fredrick. Which outlet are you with?”

“As a journalist, you should be fair, objective, and responsible. Remember what you just said. If you don’t make a public apology, I won’t hesitate to take legal action.”

With that, Britney didn’t bother to see anyone’s reaction. She just turned and walked straight into the hospital.

That reporter was left standing there, pale as a ghost, and he just couldn’t shake the feeling that he was in deep trouble.

Up on the hospital rooftop, firefighters were already trying to talk Patti down when Britney arrived.

Patti was sitting sideways on the edge of the rooftop, her injured foot dangling over the railing.

She’d torn off her cast and even ripped away the bandages, leaving the long, jagged scar from last night’s emergency surgery on full display.

Patti was freaking out, screaming at the top of her lungs, “I want see that slut Britney! None of you come any closer!”

Just as Britney got to the rooftop door, a firefighter blocked her way. “Hey, only authorized people can go in.”

“I’m Britney,” Britney replied, sounding a little helpless.

Seeing that, the firefighter brought Britney and Fredrick up onto the rooftop.

Besides the firefighters trying to talk Patti down and standing by to rescue her at any moment, Aaron and Sienna were up

there too.

The moment Damian spotted Fredrick, he headed straight over barely holding back the urge to roll his eyes at Patti.

As soon as Britney showed up, Patti edged herself even further out on the railing.

Everyone gasped, tense and glued to her every move, except for Britney.

Britney was totally immune to Patti’s whole drama routine, crying, making a scene, and threatening to end it all.

Every time Patti pulled her life-or-death stunt to get Aaron’s attention, she always came out just fine.

Britney had no clue what Patti was up to this time.

Aaron, who’d been looking all irritated, perked up with surprise when he saw Britney.

But the moment he spotted Fredrick standing behind her, his face clouded over again.

Lately, Britney and Fredrick had been seen together more than in the last two or three years put together.

Patti’s eyes welled up

with tears as she shot Britney a resentful glare. “Britney, you were obsessed with Aaron back then. You pulled every trick in the book to force me out. I left just like you wanted, so why are you still after me? Why won’t you just let me go?”

Patti’s emotions hit a fever pitch by the end.

Patti scooted even closer to the edge, and the tension in the air was palpable.

Britney fixed her with a frosty stare. “Patti, go ahead. Explain to me, exactly how am I the one not letting you go?”

‘Honestly, who’s really clinging on here?’ Britney thought, rolling her eyes inwardly.

Patti turned her tear-filled gaze to Aaron. “Britney’s been obsessed with you for years. She kept sneaking around behind your back, coming to me over and over, warning me to stay away. When I said I couldn’t, she had people make my life hell.”

“I only ended up with depression because of Britney’s bullying. just couldn’t take it anymore. I was terrified, I even thought about ending it all, but Britney still wouldn’t leave me alone. Aaron, I swear, I was forced to walk away from you.”

Finishing, Patti jabbed a finger at Britney, her voice shaking with anger. “My depression? It’s all because of you, Britney! You pushed me to the edge! What’s so wrong with wanting to live?

“Just because Aaron cared about my illness, you kept scheming against me, setting me up again and again.”

“Now I’m public enemy number one. Are you happy? Britney, is hat what you want? Would you only be satisfied if I died? 1 keep telling you, Aaron and I are totally innocent!

“Why do you have to keep spreading all these lies and dragging hy name through the mud?”

Patti’s voice dripped with resentment, and she was shaking so much from all the emotion that she looked like she might fall

at any moment.

Everyone watching was scared stiff, terrified she’d actually go over the edge.
