Andres’s face turned pale. He thought, “Does she find a new boyfriend so quickly?”

Andres asked, “Where are you? I’ll come find you.”

She chuckled, “I’m at Mount Foraker. Are you coming?”

Andres paused for a moment and thought to himself, “Mount Foraker?

“Is it the place that Alondra just mentioned, praying for romance and getting the bracelet?

“She went to pray for our romance again.”

Andres inexplicably breathed a sigh of relief, and his tone softened.”Come to my office tomorrow morning. We still need to talk more about the project.”

Keira frowned, “Is that all? I gotta go.”

As she spoke, she didn’t give Andres a chance to speak and hung up on him.

Her gaze fell again on the broken jade token and the tattered red scarf.

There was no need to waste any more effort on something that was already broken.

When Keira turned around and left, she prayed again and then descended from the mountain.

Andres was once again filled with anger and kicked the door in frustration.

He knew Keira’s lifelong dream was to be a great director like Everett. She had won this film project bit by bit.
