Kiera wanted to find something like scissors to cut them off.

Before she found them, her phone rang.

It was from Andres.

She stood in the corridor, her gaze falling on the broken jade pendant she had snapped.

Andres waited for a long time on the other end of the phone. The telephone wasn’t answered until it was about to end on its own.

“What’s up?” Kiera asked plainly.

Keira’s voice was soft and cold, like a bucket of cold water splashing over Andres’s heart.

His eyes grew cold again.

He knew about the praying-for-romance thing. Even if he didn’t know, he was still thinking that as long as he waited for two days, Keira would come around.

Keira would stay right by his side just like before and pretend the breakup thing never even happened.

Seeing the grievance on her face, he also felt sorry for Keira.

He knew about the sandalwood bracelet thing and held back from telling Everett. He planned to talk things out with Keira, but her cold, unreasonable attitude made all his feelings for her just fall apart right away.

His voice was cold.”Did you go to Mr. Watkins today to tattle on me, trying to get him to pick on me, right?”

Keira felt puzzled.”No!”

Andres sneered, “Is that so?

“Keira, have you become so hypocritical now? You do things but won’t own up?”

Holding the phone, Keira’s hand trembled for a moment. She put down the phone and glanced at the note again.

Andres’s tone was so unfamiliar that she thought she had answered the wrong phone call.

She also began to doubt, “After being together with Andres for five years, do I really know him?”

Andres didn’t hear her answer and thought she was guilty, followed by a sneer.

“Why aren’t you speaking? What did you say to M Watkins? You told him that we had a fight, asked him to punish me, and even threatened me to please you?”

“I didn’t say it, and I don’t need you to soothe me,” Keira said, lowering her gaze and staring lightly at her toes.

Keira frowned, “I can’t go now.”

He then remembered that Keira was not at home and she didn’t have many friends.

person he had seen the most was the playboy of the Vaughan family, Derick Vaughan.

Derick was her second elder brother, and he was a bit of a loser.

He used to pick Keira up and drop her off at home when she was in school.
