Fake Dating the Bad Boy for Revenge novel Chapter 25

Chapter 25

‘Come on. She looks at me with skepticism and takes a small step back.

“Down there? How do I know you don’t plan on killing me and stuffing my body there so no one would know?”

I smirk; “We’ll have to find out, then.”

She purses her lips and mumbles something under her breath before walking to the latch and climbing down the stairs.

I follow behind her with a smile on my face.

“Whoa.” She says into the dark. It’s pitch black until I press the button in my pocket, and the room is bathed in light.

“Wow.” She gasps, looking around.

“Like it?” She gasps again, startled this time around, as she turns around to face me.

She nods with her mouth open and turns back to face my secret cave, hidden away from everyone else in the world, including my father and the guys.

She’s the first person I’ve ever brought down here.

I guide her to a chair, then pull a bottle from under the table. It’s imported whiskey I pulled out from my stash of alcohol, the dark amber, with a price tag worth more than a year’s budget in some organisations.

Two shot glasses clink onto the table, where I place the bottle.

“We’re playing a game,” I say.

She raises a brow as she takes off her jacket. “What kind of game?”

“Truth or Dare. There is no skipping, no mercy. If you refuse, you take a shot.”

Her eyes narrow, challenging me. “And if I don’t want to play?”

I lean back, swirling the liquid in my glass. “Then we drink until you do.”

She mutters something under her breath but leans forward in her seat, her legs crossing in that defensive way that makes me want to uncross them.

Round One

I let her go first,

“Truth or dare?”

She looks at me with a smirk of her own, but I see the glint of apprehension in lier eyes.

“Truth.” She plays it safe; smart move, sunshine.

“What’s your biggest fear?” I ask.

Her answer is quick, too quick. “Failing.”

It catches me off guard. It’s not what I expected. She downs her shot without waiting for my reaction, amber liquid catching the firelight in her glass.

“My turn,” I said.

“Truth or dare. She asks.

‘Dare.”

She smirks. “Take off your jacket.”

I raise a brow. “That’s all?”

“For now.”

The leather slides off my shoulders easily as I slip it off. Her eyes linger on my arms for a moment too long before she looks away, thinking I didn’t catch

that.

Round Two

The game goes on, and it’s her turn again.

“Truth or dare,” I ask, and she does something I never expected her to do.

“Dare.” She makes her pick.

I smirk. “Take off your sweater.”

She hesitates for a second, then she takes the piece of clothing off, revealing a small tube top that barely covers her large tits.

Fuck.

Blood rushes to my groin again at the sight of her tits, as the urge to have a taste of them nips at me.

This will be hard.

It was my turn again, but I told her to pick for me instead.

She picks the truth for me. “Tell me something you’ve never told anyone.”

I pour another shot, let the silence stretch until she leans in, impatient. “I don’t forget faces,” I say finally. “Ever. And I don’t forgive them, either.”

Round Three

The whiskey starts to warm her cheeks as she leans closer to me, her slight drunkenness helping her bravery.

I dare her to sit beside me. She hesitates, then moves. She plops down beside me, the brush of her thigh against mine sending a sharp jolt of arousal through me.

Chapter 25

She chooses for me again, and dares me to whisper something in her ear without her reacting.

I lean in, and the feel of the soft skin of her neck brushes against my lips, with my lips grazing the curve where her jaw meets her neck. My voice is low

enough to be dangerous and seductive. “Touch me again like that, and I’ll make you scream my name like it’s both a plea and a prayer.”

Her breath stutters as she shivers slightly. She reacts.

“You lose,” I murmur, pouring her another shot.
